"The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Taicang South Railway Station, which is very convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, and kept very clean. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, provided excellent service. There's a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the ski resort, which is a thoughtful touch. The inner courtyard has a children's play area, and my kids had a great time. I'll definitely choose Atour Hotel again next time."

"Service: All I can say is Club Med lives up to its reputation. Before we even checked in, Camellia had already contacted us to confirm our needs and travel arrangements. Our room was ready upon arrival, and they even decorated it for my child's birthday, which he absolutely loved! Camellia was always prompt in providing us with daily meal times, restaurant information, and ski resort updates. Her responses to our requests were also very quick. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent, you could tell a lot of attention was paid to the details during cleaning. The environment is also nice, with a small kids' play area, perfect for little ones to pass some time. The GO team is truly amazing; their enthusiasm was infectious every time we saw them. Overall, it was a fantastic travel experience!"

"The entire hotel is beautiful and very photogenic, with plenty of activities for both adults and children. Since it was a holiday (May 1st), it was crowded, and we had to make reservations for meals as there weren't many dining options nearby. We had a butler service, and they even gave a plush toy to our child upon check-in. The room had a mini-bar, and overall it was decent, with good in-room facilities. However, the air conditioning in the room was very noisy, and I'm not sure if it was broken as it didn't seem to cool effectively. The bathroom hygiene was poor; there was residual toothpaste on the toothbrush cup, the faucets weren't wiped clean, and there were many water stains on the floor."

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Despite the rainy weather during our visit, the warm atmosphere and excellent service made it a memorable stay. "Although the hotel is old-fashioned, I really think it is a good deal. I went to Taicang to stay for a few days when I returned to China. I was too lazy to go to my own house. I would rather stay in Loudong because the cost performance is too high. The room was very clean, the toiletries were complete, the room was large, and it was very comfortable to sleep in with the curtains drawn. Parking is free and the location is in the center of Taicang. The breakfast is also clean, hygienic and delicious, with Taicang meat floss with porridge and freshly ground coffee. It is especially worth mentioning that there is a blood pressure monitor at the elevator entrance on the first floor. I will bring the elderly with me next time."

Just one thing to note: the breakfast ingredients weren't cleaned properly, and they served guests with pig hair that wasn't cleaned off. Hopefully, this won't happen again. The front desk staff kept apologizing to me; their service was truly impeccable. They even bought me some gifts when I checked out, but I didn't accept them, haha. Anyway, I still wrote the truth because I wouldn't lie. This is also a form of oversight. I've always had a good impression of Home Inn!"
