Intercity Hotel properties in Taicang

I chose the Taicang Intercity Hotel on a whim for this trip, and unexpectedly, it was its opening day! I was immediately struck by the warm welcome from the front desk. They even proactively informed me of the special treatment they had prepared for the grand opening, instantly making a great impression. The room was elegantly decorated with a sophisticated feel, the bedding was soft and incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless. A pleasant surprise was that shortly after entering the room, the check-in staff brought over a fruit platter—a variety of fruits, beautifully presented, showing their thoughtfulness. In the evening, I received a complimentary cocktail from the hotel. It looked amazing and tasted rich and smooth; it completely relieved all the fatigue of the day. As a guest on the opening day, I could feel the hotel's sincerity in service and attention to detail. From check-in guidance to thoughtful courtesy, every aspect demonstrated professionalism and warmth. I would definitely choose this hotel again, and I wish it great success!
