NingCui Business Hotel

Hotel location is not very ideal. There were many migrants hanging out nearby on the weekend. Service is okay, I checked in during quite a busy hour and staff wasnt very friendly. Paid more for the room with window but window was blocked by a poster. Good thing is the room is very spacious.

Room is big and cozy. Aircon seems to be a bit weak though. The breakfast option seems to have ceased.

Overall, the service was good. However, the air conditioner in the rooms doesn’t work, and although there is a fan, it's not very practical considering it's summer. They changed my room but both of them have the same problem.

I booked this hostel to be closer to Taichung HSR because I will be soon leaving Taichung. It’s very much okay that the reception can’t speak English that’s why I offered the translation app on my phone. The guy on front desk April 25 9pm was the RUDEST person I encountered. The lady wanted to assist me but the guy just said NO loudly. My request was to be placed in the lower bunk because my foot was swollen. I wanted to show them. I checked the room and they have available 3 bunks. I offered to pay extra instead of changing hotels because I really can’t go up. The guy just said NO multiple times, very loudly. They have 60 beds in one room. 3 sinks, 4 toilets and 4 showers. The hair dryer is not working and taped all over. This is not cheap even for hostel. DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE PICS, THE HOSTEL ROOM IS FILTHY!

Terrible customer service the people at the front counter are rude and moved me from the spot I was sitting at (without doing anything that caused any problem) for no reason. Very poor communication. Overall this place is run down, old and poor in service and function. It is dirty and there were marks on my bedsheet (not clean) and mosquitos in my room. Also the room was so so noisy it was impossible to have a good night of sleep. I was woken up 5-6 times throughout the night with people slamming the door and making huge bangs of noise. Only thing that is okay about this place is the location, and even then it is located in this old building with clubs above it. Save your money and go somewhere else, this place isn't worth it. Very poor stay

Hotel was modern and clean, but beds were slightly hard. Triple room was supposed to be a queen bed and a single bed, but the "queen bed" was actually 2 single beds combined together with a single bedsheet draped over both of them. The room was overall clean and practical, parking was offered for 400NTD/day, though costly conveniently located right downstairs.

I going back in 10 pm. The bathroom is not clean but after pass to in the morning the bathroom back to cleanlines
