Very comfortable room. Excellent value for money. I hope there will be more hotels like this in Taiwan. I love Taiwan.

clean and convenient place to stay near Taichung station! I was surprised with the ceiling to floor window as well! the staff are very nice too. I will come back here when i stay in Taichung!

Near the railway train station, nice, quiet and clean environment, next to the famous Ice cream parlor(宮原眼科的分店吧）麻雀雖小五臟俱全！！！！

Staff are polite and ready to assist. Easy luggage storage and check in. Room facilities are basic, but the bed is comfortable and plenty of hot water for a relaxing shower. However the showerhead was difficult to position and the tub is small so water sprayed everywhere on the floor. Free water bottles are provided. There could be more hooks installed for hanging clothes or personal toiletries. The bedsheets/pillowcases were discolored but not sure if this is related to hygiene or just the bedsheet style/color. They felt clean and didn’t find any weird objects except for some hairs on the pillowcases (the staff helped us replace them).

I stayed at Napas Hotel for a single night, and the location could not have been more perfect. It is literally right around the corner from the famous Miyahara ice cream shop, which made it incredibly easy to grab a treat and wander around the area. Being just a short 5-minute walk from the Taichung Railway Station was a massive plus for a quick trip. Even though it’s so close to the action, the hotel is tucked away in a quiet alley, so I got a great, peaceful night's sleep. The place has a really cool, stylish, and artistic vibe that stands out immediately. The staff was super welcoming, and everything was clean and modern. The only thing to note for a short stay is that the standard rooms are quite compact. It was absolutely fine for just one night with minimal luggage, but it might feel a bit tight if you're planning a longer stay or carrying big bags. Also, remember to bring your own toothbrush and razor since they follow the local eco-friendly guidelines and don't provide single-use plastics. Overall, it’s an awesome, high-value spot if you need a stylish and convenient base camp for a quick visit to Taichung. I'd definitely stay again!

I had an amazing stay at Napas hotel. Reception got me checked in efficiently. I was very happy to find out I had a bath and the beds were super comfortable. My only complaint would be very little on side of amenities but shower gel and shampoo where provided. Also there was a kettle available in room and the tv despite being in mandating was easy to navigate

Always stay here whenever I am in Taichung, such a lovely and cozy little building. Service is great too ! Love to be here again no doubt
