1.早餐雖然已中式為主，但一早就這麼油膩真的很沒胃口。
2.咖啡機不管按什麼品項，出來的都一樣，業者事後回覆，應該是牛奶沒有放，可以請工作人員補充，這更離譜了。飯店旅館業這不是應該先檢查好嗎？倒了一杯拿鐵一杯濃縮，結果有什麼不一樣。
3.咖啡機開起來也是髒髒的，黏黏的。
4.房間地板是木貼皮，踩起來黏黏的，怪噁心。
5.浴室廁所有怪味，排氣很不好。
6.房間電視也沒有頻道可以選擇。
7.櫃檯服務人員態度很差，一點也沒有服務熱忱，問問題隨隨便便。
8.從櫃檯進入房間的電梯沿路經過餐廳，味道很差，空氣中帶著油膩感。
沒住過這麼糟糕的旅館。

地點好，有停車場，門口就是大甲夜市了很方便，樓下是711也很方便，1樓有洗衣服務（付費）飯店其實價格不便宜，近期好像有裝修過，算很乾淨了
樓下對面有彈珠台遊戲可以玩，親子娛樂好所在

服務態度惡劣，基本上不理人，房間衞生比較差，清潔工作很差，住的8房，9樓無人，但凌晨兩點左右9樓有很大聲響，好像有人走動，樓下歺廳有人坐着，自説自話，一點不瞎説，手與骷髏一樣，一晚上嚇得不敢睡。

四人房很寬敞，又有小桌可以吃東西，停車也很方便，地理位置好下樓就可逛了，房間地板可再拖一下，浴廁小舊但感覺得出有儘力維護。
C/I.覺得比較沒溫度，但是C/O.覺得人員蠻健談的，不過整體體驗上算是可以偏好，會選擇之後再入住。

房間有整修過，還算清潔、乾淨、明亮。床是大床，房內空間很大。入房時間已經半夜11點了，房間菸味還是很重，由於僅隔一牆就是大馬路，只要有摩托車、喇叭聲、甚至貨車倒車滴滴聲都聽的很清楚，屋外噪音吵了整晚很難入睡。房間內冷氣循環不理想，兩張床溫度差非常多，而且開最小音量還是有點吵。早餐普通，能吃飽就好。由於一大早7點就出門辦事，不得已11:20才回去拿行李，被加收300，一點都無法通融，有點失望（退房時間是規定11點，只能認了）。
