The location is convenient. I took a bus from Taichung Airport to Taiwan Boulevard, got off at the Chang Hwa Bank stop, and it was just a few minutes' walk to the hotel. It's also not far to walk to Taichung Station from the hotel, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which is really handy. The room was quite spacious and very clean.

The hotel is super clean and spacious! And it even comes with parking! A twin room on a weekday was only 1178 [local currency], and the location is great. The value for money is absolutely unbeatable. I highly recommend everyone to stay here, it's very comfortable.

I followed Google Maps and got a little lost, but eventually arrived safely. Check-in was via an automated machine, but the staff kindly guided me through the process. The room was spacious enough, though I felt the layout and furnishings prioritized design over practicality. The breakfast was delicious as well.

The hotel's location is quite far from the train station, and the surrounding area is a mixed bag of Vietnamese, Burmese, and Malaysian people. From self-check-in to check-out, the front desk staff didn't exchange a single word with guests. This hotel is only suitable for those who don't require any service. Although the hotel was recently renovated, the hygiene was terrible. The comforter had stains, the pillows were yellow and flat, and the 'king-size bed' was just two single beds pushed together. There was dust everywhere, including on the light remote. The floors were even worse, and the bathroom was also very dirty. The large showerhead was unusable, so I had to use the small one. The toilet was a standard one, not a smart toilet, and the trash can was already rusty. The towels had a strong, foul, sweaty sock-like disinfectant smell and shed dust when used. The cleaning staff was incredibly lazy; a teacup I used in the morning was still on the table untouched when I returned in the evening – it wasn't cleaned at all. The only redeeming quality was the bright lobby. This is the worst hotel I've ever encountered.

This hotel use Kiosk machine to check in and out. Seldom have interaction with the staffs. Cleaniness is acceptable. Location is convenient to go everywhere. The only cons for me is 4pm only we can check in, but 11am have to check out, which is 1hour ahead compared to other hotels. [Standard 3pm check in and 12pm check out]. You can consider to stay here if you dont mind about this.

The hotel is located in a walking distance to Taichung Park and the Martyrs' Shrine. If you seek some rest and idle moments book a room in this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, friendly staff members explain where everything is, and the breakfast is an ideal starter for your day in Taichung.

The facilities are decent, but the hotel feels a bit old. Breakfast is also okay. It's a bit far from Fengjia Night Market, but closer to Yizhong Night Market, though still about a 10+ minute walk.

The room was spacious for the price paid. Cleanliness is not the best but if you’re not picky it is ok. Hotel provided a free water refill on level 8. Checkin was sharp at 4pm only, and it is done through a Kiosk. There was decent soundproofing. Hotel location was good, near Taichung station and there are bus stops near the hotel in walking distance.

Don't expect too much. For 3 days beds n room was not properly clean. Informed the front desk but no action taken.

This is my fourth time in Taichung, and this is probably the worst value for money I've encountered. The service is practically non-existent – they clearly have no connection to the service industry. It's a self-check-in kiosk system, and you can't even check in one minute early. There's absolutely no lively atmosphere in the entire hotel, and very few staff members bothered to smile. I booked a deluxe double room, but it looked nothing like the pictures – not as advertised at all. There was no sofa, and the bathroom bathtub and layout were also completely different from the photos! Breakfast was supposedly until 11 AM, but they stopped refilling around 10 AM, leaving a bunch of empty trays. The cleanliness was just mediocre; the dining tables and chairs were faded and peeling, and the bathtub had a lot of dark, moldy grime hidden in the crevices. When I ran the hot water, it was dirty. The hotel is clearly old and poorly maintained. Anyone who's stayed here will understand what I mean.
