Comin' Place HSR Hotel

I'm very satisfied with this hotel. It's clean and has amenities like a washing machine and water purifier. The staff are also very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel; it's just one stop away from Taichung HSR Station.

The customer service was extremely poor. On the day of check-in, I asked if I could store my luggage for a few days and pick it up when I returned for another stay. The front desk confirmed it was okay, but the next day, the supervisor suddenly went back on their word, saying there was no space and their attitude was very bad. They told us we could choose to cancel and not stay. So, we had no choice but to cancel our reservation. The hotel's location is very remote. With luggage, it's about a 20-minute walk from the subway station. There are no buses at night, making it inconvenient to go out, and it's very secluded, so one must be careful. The surroundings are all residential areas with no restaurants or attractions. You definitely need to take a car to go out for meals and shopping.

The room is a bit small and the warm lighting is a bit dim, but it's convenient for the high-speed rail.

It's quite rare to find a hotel that doesn't provide bottled water; you have to go outside your room to refill your drinking water. Also, the wooden floor in the bathroom had a bit of a moldy smell, and the key card was faulty, making me think there was a sudden power outage 😂

The hotel boasts a clean and tidy environment, with well-equipped rooms. It's a new co-living style building. The front desk is conveniently located at the right-side entrance on the first floor, and the staff are very friendly. The location is excellent for transportation, close to Taichung HSR Station, Wuhr Station, and various bus stops. Plus, there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to shop and enjoy local food.

Although it's a bit remote, there's underground parking. But there are still food options nearby, and breakfast is included. I'd definitely come back again.

They said no refunds, but you'd think there'd be some flexibility, right? Ten days out and they still wouldn't let me cancel. What kind of ********* service is that? So embarrassing.

Clean. But the soundproofing needs improvement.
