The hardware facilities offer good value for money. The parking lot, swimming pool, and gym are all quite nice. However, it's a shame that when the weather gets cold, the pool isn't heated, which would make it more suitable for use.

Everything was great! Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Roof top facilities exceeded expectations.

We stayed in the Pinzhen Building this time. However, all facilities, including the swimming pool, are located in the Zhaoyin Building, so you'll need to go to the other building to use them. It's advisable to confirm this before booking. The room was average and showed its age, but it was reasonably clean. There were a few tiny spots of mold under the bathtub in the bathroom, but this didn't affect its functionality. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor of the Pinzhen Building. The breakfast selection was quite good. Considering the price for a quadruple room with breakfast on a Saturday, it offered pretty good value for money.

The swimming pool is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. This wasn't clearly stated, and we only discovered it upon arrival. The hotel's location is quite inconvenient, with no shops or attractions nearby. The hotel is dated, and the bed sheets had stains. I wouldn't have chosen this hotel if not for the pool.

The carpet in my room was very dirty during this stay. What was particularly alarming was a large clump of hair on the floor between the beds. Upon check-out, I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, who apologized and offered a complimentary travel amenity kit.

The breakfast was absolutely terrible. Not only was it served in shifts, but by 9-10 AM, there was barely anything left. They charged an extra $200 for a 7-year-old child, for which absolutely nothing was provided. While the service staff were nice, my overall impression of the restaurant was extremely poor. I even heard they sell meal vouchers but often run out of items, especially for lunch. The main issue is that the chefs are dreadful; they use incredibly cheap ingredients, and the food is practically inedible. The only redeeming quality, if any, was that the swimming pool was decent and included a sauna. They market this place as a family-friendly hotel, but that's a complete deception. A few small stools and a coloring book hardly qualify it as such. Don't fall for their claims! The property comprises two buildings spread over two floors: a main building and the 'Pingzhen Building,' which was reportedly an acquisition.

The staff were very thorough in their explanations and had an excellent attitude. While the location might seem a bit out of the way, it was surprisingly convenient for reaching the night market. The only minor drawback was the air conditioning unit, which was quite loud and noisy in the middle of the night. Especially considering the hot weather, the AC temperature consistently stayed between 25-26°C, which simply wasn't cool enough. However, the room's bathroom was very spacious, and having a bathtub was a great bonus.

The room was generally simple and clean. We appreciated the complimentary baby crib provided by the hotel, and the bathroom featured a bathtub. However, the room felt a bit dated. Location-wise, its proximity to the highway interchange is convenient for drivers, with complimentary on-site parking available. On the downside, there isn't much to explore on foot in the immediate vicinity. The hotel staff were mostly friendly, courteous, and very helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Furthermore, the hotel facilities, including a very clean swimming pool, a spa, and a gym, were excellent. All these, coupled with the lovely morning sunshine, contributed to a truly enjoyable holiday!

The breakfast was great; ********* breakfast really suits the palate of people from mainland China.

Hotel was clean and well run. The swimming pool and sauna facilities were excellent despite the weekend crowd. We also enjoyed the game room amenities including the billiard and ping pong tables
