The room didn't have a pager, and the drain was a bit slow. The staff seemed reluctant to serve, and the hallway had a lingering odor.

The front desk service at this hotel was terrible. When I was checking in, there was a woman next to the counter just sitting there with her legs crossed, not doing anything, just watching guests check-in, which left a very bad impression. After getting to my room, the bathroom drain was clogged, and the wastewater was pooling around my feet. I definitely won't be staying here again. Plus, I clearly booked a room with breakfast, but the front desk initially said it wasn't included, only to later say it was. This kind of back-and-forth was very frustrating.

This place is incredibly close to Taichung Railway Station (that's its biggest plus!). But it's kind of ridiculous that there isn't a single water dispenser in the entire building. 😂 My room had a Wi-Fi modem, but I couldn't connect to the internet. When I told the front desk, they said, and I quote, "guests say" it only connects in the lobby on the first floor. The staff literally said "guests say"! That's just crazy! 😂😂😂 Aside from all that, the bed and bathroom were quite spacious and comfortable 👍

The room had no internet, and the hotel was quite old.
