Stayed for 2 nights. The cleanliness, kid-friendly facilities, breakfast, and staff were all great, and parking was available. The only minor drawback was that the room didn't come with tea bags, and my husband always enjoys a cup of tea before bed, and I forgot to bring our own. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Taichung in the future.

Pretty average for the price compared to what we paid in other ********* cities. Room smelt a bit and it felt dirty not having slippers to wear on the carpet which didn’t look clean. Bathroom was good. Few room amenities but the main reason people come is for the breakfast I think. It has a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. Quality isn’t amazing but you should find something you like. The staff at the breakfast place aren’t very friendly but I guess they running a tight ship with so many people. Breakfast also runs to 1pm which is good. 2 hr limit but you can check out at 11am and the go eat.

The stay was good, rooms were spacious, cozy and clean. The first impression from the front desk agent was a little disappointing. They don't seem welcoming. The hotel looks grand but the front desk agent were cold and distant. Breakfast spread was good as there were many choices. Kids playground was decent, clean and spacious. Laundry system was a little wonky, you had to pay way more for the stipulated operation time for the cleaning and drying. Overall it was a satisfactory stay.
