Avoid the horrible experience, the service was terrible, and the hygiene was questionable. They discriminate against Chinese people. Objectively speaking, the location is extremely remote, but the view is okay. There's only a whale museum nearby. There was an extra person checking in that day, and I told them we could pay the extra fee. About 10 minutes later, they called me internally to confirm the fee, but the attitude and language were very rude. I said, "Okay, but is there a standard for the extra fee?" I only had 500 yuan, and they wanted 600 yuan, which was more than my personal budget. They actually said the basis for the fee wasn't listed anywhere. I was shocked. I asked them what their name was, but they wouldn't tell me. So I went to the front desk to confirm it in person. I asked them what their name was, and they asked me to pay without giving them the basis. I just wanted to know it was a reasonable amount, and I'd pay it. Uncharacteristically, they said, "Why would they tell me if I didn't ask for their name?" I said, "You called me to pay, but you didn't tell me your name, and you didn't even have the basis for the fee. So, I was wrong?" We ended up arguing, but it was never resolved. However, the general manager eventually apologized and said the fee was indeed incorrect. I was curious. The fee was wrong, but there was no explanation. Their attitude was very bad. They said we were Chinese in a sarcastic way in Japanese. In addition, as shown in the picture below, there were bugs everywhere. For example, the toilet was broken. I wanted to boil water, but there was water in the kettle. This shows that their cleaning is very poor.

The tatami room is very large, and the scenery outside the window is particularly healing. I took my children to the Whale Museum and could directly see the dolphin show. The French food was also delicious. I loved the hot springs the most. I will come again next time!

Take the free shuttle bus from Taiji Station and get off at the whale house. The hotel is right next to it. It is a beautiful hotel facing the sea. There is no convenience store next to it. If you don’t have dinner reservations, you can walk to the supermarket in 15-20 minutes to shop. The room is beautiful and I like it very much. The only drawback is that the hotel room number is in Japanese. This makes me a little worried for those of me who don’t speak Japanese😦

非常不好的入住體驗，辦理入住的時候，已經告訴前台一名叫清水的女服務員，加一名7歲的小童。回答説知道價格的人不在，晚點會打電話到房間通知價格。晚上9:30接到電話説需要加6000多日元也就是成人的50%。第二天退房的時候，還是這位清水女士接待，遞來賬單是加了8000多，而且沒有任何的補充説明，我接過賬單説昨天晚上9:30那麼晚來電話告訴我6000多為什麼現在是8000？她完全沒有道歉，説7歲的小朋友按照75%算，所以是8000多，我説我入住的時候已經清楚的説明，小童是7歲，為什麼那麼晚回電話得知的答案還是錯誤的。而且自始至終連一句道歉的話都沒有。退房的時候旁邊的男性池田服務員也衹是重申7歲小朋友是75%完全沒有道歉的意思，我入住的時候明確提供了小童的年齡，每個酒店的規定不一樣，服務員自己都不知道價格，報錯了價格，一句道歉的話都沒有，太令人失望。結完賬，我坐在旁邊的沙發休息，聽到這兩位服務員旁若無人的大聲議論着中國客人。實在忍無可忍，上前要了他們倆的姓名。希望酒店能加強對員工的基礎培訓，日本的服務精神在這裏完全沒有得到體驗。温泉的池子邊緣有厚厚的白色污垢。好久沒有清掃過的樣子。 このたびのご宿泊では、いくつかの対応において大変殘念に感じる點がございました。今後のサービス向上のために、率直な感想としてお伝えさせていただきます。 チェックインの際、フロント女性スタッフ清水様に「7歳の子どもが1名同行する」とお伝えいたしました。その際、「料金を把握している擔當者が不在のため、後ほどお部屋にお電話でご案內いたします」とのご説明をいただきました。 その後、夜の9時30分頃に他の男性スタックからお電話をいただき、「お子様の追加料金は6,000円餘りで、大人料金の50％です」との案內を受けました。しかし、翌日のチェックアウト時、同じ清水様から提示されたご請求書（領収書）には、8,000円餘りの追加料金が記載されており、特に説明もございませんでした。 私が「昨夜のお電話では6,000円ぐらい伺いましたが、なぜ金額が異なるのですか」とお尋ねしたところ、「7歳のお子様は75％の料金となります」とだけご説明があり、誤った案內をされたことについての謝罪はありませんでした。 また、隣にいらした男性スタッフの池田様も同様に「7歳は75％です」と繰り返すのみで、説明不足に対する配慮や謝意のお言葉は一切ございませんでした。 チェックイン時にすでに年齢を正確にお伝えしており、ホテルごとに料金設定が異なることは承知しております。ただし、スタッフの方が料金を正確に把握しておらず、誤った金額を案內した上で訂正時にも説明・謝罪がなかったことは、非常に殘念でございました。 さらに、會計後にロビーで休んでいた際、先ほどのスタッフお二人が中國人のお客様について大きな聲で話されているのが聞こえました。お客様の前でそのような會話をされることは、國籍を問わず誰にとっても不快な印象を與えるものと思います。 ホテルとして、ぜひスタッフの基本的な接客マナーや言葉遣いとサービス業の心得などについて教育をより一層徹底されることをお願い申し上げます。 今回の件により、日本のホテルでいつも感じていた「おもてなし」の温かさが感じられなかったのは、とても殘念でなりません。 また、大浴場の浴槽の縁には白い汚れが厚く付着しており、しばらく清掃が行われていないように見受けられました。衞生面についても、改善を検討いただければ幸いです。

家族で宿泊させていただきました。 1歳児の子供がまだご飯トレーニング中につき朝食のみでした。 自分が小さい頃からあるホテルなので所々当時の名残りは残っていますが、目の前に系列の一棟貸しができたこともあり、内装がとても綺麗で清潔感もありました。 温泉は言わずもがなとても良かったです。 子どもにとってもとても過ごしやすい宿だと思います。 プールに芝の広場があり、歩き出しの子どもにも優しいと感じました。 宿泊の階によってはくじらやイルカたちが見えると思うのでその点も楽しめると思います。

有泳池，温泉，早餐氣氛搞得不錯，還有人在旁邊彈鋼琴。自駕的話，很不錯的地方！
