Booked 2 rooms and gave me 1 room only. Phoned them, no one answered. Sent emails, no one replied. When waiting, a big cockroach appeared. A bucket with water left at the middle of the room. Seems to be left after cleaning. Since we checked-in late (about 9:00), we need to rush to find another hotel with the luggage’s.

The room is really beautiful. I didn't expect to encounter such a good room type and decoration when I booked a room at short notice! It is also really cheap and convenient for transportation! I will stay here again next time❤️
