The location in the West Central District is super convenient, but there's no parking for cars. Scooters can park under the arcade. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, and the stairs are very narrow, so be careful with large luggage. Also, the air conditioning wasn't very cool; after testing, it only felt slightly cooler at 25 degrees Celsius. On the bright side, the shower head had great water pressure, making for a very comfortable shower.

The location is great, right in the heart of Tainan with many famous shops nearby, making it super convenient. The price is also reasonable, offering excellent value for money among Tainan hotels. They have self-service water dispensers, coffee, and tea, which made waiting before check-in and after check-out very comfortable. My room this time was in an annex next door, and while there weren't any major issues, the frequent thudding sound from the opening and closing of the first-floor door was startling and unpleasant. That's the only downside.

Fantastic experience! It's clean and hygienic, and seems newly renovated. If you're just looking for a good night's sleep, a clean and tidy space with simple decor and design, this place is perfect for you. There's no elevator, but I was on the second floor, so it wasn't a big issue. The main thing is the excellent price. If you're still this picky, I can only assume you're too stressed in life!

No major issues, other than having to climb stairs. I happened to be on the top floor, and staying for 1 or 2 nights wasn't a big problem. However, getting food delivered at night was a bit of a hassle. It would have been more convenient to stay next door where they have an elevator.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed my overall experience. The single room with a private bathroom was surprisingly spacious, very clean, tidy, and most importantly extremely comfortable. One of my favorite features was definitely the shower — the water pressure was incredibly strong and refreshing after a long day. I also absolutely loved the smart toilet, which added a very modern and luxurious touch to the room. The reception staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out process was also very smooth and efficient, which made everything even more convenient. I especially appreciate the hotel for accommodating my request for a lower-floor room. Since I was traveling with a very large suitcase, being assigned a room on the second floor saved me from the trouble of carrying it up to the higher levels. Thank you for being so thoughtful and considerate. Hotel’s location is another huge advantage. It is situated right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. The surrounding streets are lively without being too noisy, which made me feel safer as a solo female traveler. There are also plenty of food options and convenience stores within walking distance, so finding something to eat was never a problem. This hotel is definitely a hidden gem. I do, however, have a few small suggestions for improvement. Only one set of towels was provided, which was slightly inconvenient for guests staying multiple nights. It became a little troublesome having to contact the reception every day to request fresh towels. I also hope the hotel can consider adding more in-room amenities, such as a kettle, so guests who do not carry their own water bottles would not need to keep going downstairs to refill water from the dispenser. Additionally, having a pen and some paper in the room would be a nice and useful touch. Overall, I genuinely feel that the room was well worth the price, and I would rate my stay 4.5/5. I would definitely return again in the future and highly recommend this hotel to others. Keep up the great work!

Excellent stay! I got a great location for a good price. The window faces a wall, but the dehumidifier and air conditioner are fantastic. I stayed in a solo room that also had a desk and chair. I didn't take many photos of the room, so I took pictures of the restaurants nearby instead. First off, there's the Chihkan Tower historical site close by, and at night, there are lots of great yakiniku and izakaya spots. The lamb restaurant right in front of the place is a bit pricey, though. Come with friends if you're going there. If you have a lot of time with friends at night, try a Chinese stir-fried snack bar. Even if you're alone, you should definitely try the Chinese Eight Treasure shaved ice (Bā Bǎo Bīng). If you drop by the accommodation during the day, just go out and turn the corner, and you'll find a Japanese matcha shaved ice place called Hanamizu Uji Matcha Amamichaya. Their portions are huge, so it's best to dig in from the inside and add sauce as you go. Back to the accommodation: the air conditioning is cool, and there's a dehumidifier, making it very comfortable. It's great to keep using them to dry things without extra cost. For clothes, use the dryer that's in the pocket, and the dehumidifier also has an anti-bacterial clothes drying function. The air conditioner also dehumidifies. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. Don't lose your key! To open the door, just touch the middle part of the number pad with the key. If you don't know how, just ask; they'll open it for you.

Had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. The bidet in my room was a huge bonus. I'll definitely be back!
