FX HOTEL TAINAN

The room was great, very large and spacious. It's also very close to several attractions in Tainan, and there's a 7-Eleven conveniently located downstairs, which makes buying things easy. The staff provided excellent service.

The room was really dirty, and the nightstands were tiny. The soundproofing on the door was terrible. The bathroom walls and corners had a lot of dirty spots. The hotel atmosphere was also really unpleasant, making it impossible to relax. There was a faint musty smell in the hallway, and my nose would get slightly irritated every time I passed through—the hygiene was just awful. However, the guy who checked me in was adorable and had a great attitude; he was wearing a cute hair clip. The luggage storage during checkout was also very thoughtful; they even helped me tie a small tag on my bag. Overall, it’s not a recommended choice. People who are particular about cleanliness and hygiene should definitely reconsider.

Whenever I return to Taiwan, I always stay at this hotel. Overall, it offers great value for money, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. This time, I brought my kids and stayed in a 4-person room, and it was a really good experience. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Decided to extend my stay for another night, and the front desk staff were all incredibly nice. The hotel lobby is on the eighth floor, but it was still quite easy to find. The location is excellent, very close to attractions like Chihkan Tower and Shennong Street, and also near the National Museum of Taiwan Literature. On a side note, I highly recommend Ashin Mango Ice nearby – it's both affordable and delicious!

Facilities: Great, fully equipped. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, thorough cleaning. Service: Comprehensive, front desk staff are friendly, enthusiastic, attentive, and thoughtful. Environment: Not facing the street, so it's quiet and not noisy. Good soundproofing and a comfortable environment.

Arrived in Tainan at noon, couldn't check in until 3 PM. The room was quite nice, and they even offered luggage storage. The room was very clean, and the overall environment was quite good.

Environment: The surroundings are great, perfect for shopping and enjoying the snack street. Service: Very good.

The hotel staff were terrible, and the room was dirty and unkempt. My bracelet, which I'd left on the table, also disappeared from the room while I was out.
