It's been a long time since I've experienced such an unpleasant stay. No matter how good the facilities are, I believe the most fundamental thing is "respect for the customer," but this place completely lacked that fundamental principle. In particular, the owner's behavior was unacceptable in the hospitality industry. He was slow to respond to inquiries, had no concept of scheduled times, and repeatedly showed a complete lack of consideration for the customer's schedule. It was as if he could use the customer's time however he pleased. Respecting the traveler's time is paramount when traveling, but I wasted three precious hours here. I felt no apology, not even a hint of it. When a problem arose, excuses and evasions of responsibility came first, rather than an apology or a willingness to resolve it. This process left me feeling quite uncomfortable. The hospitality industry isn't simply about renting rooms; it's about operating a service that relies on people's time. If this fundamental understanding isn't there, I question whether it's right to continue in this business. I will never visit this place again, and I won't recommend it to anyone. Regardless of the facilities or location, this place remains my worst memory because of the "manager's attitude."

The staff at the counter are friendly and can store luggage. The location is good, located near Guohua Street and Shennong Street. The sound insulation is not very good, you can hear the music from next door.

There are a lot of delicious food around 😍, such as Shennong Street, Narcissus Palace Market, and Guohua Street, you can’t miss them all. The shop owner is like an old friend, very easy to talk to, and the tourists who come are also very interesting and very happy.

The room we booked temporarily was located near the Guohua Road business district of Haian Road. Next to it was a toast shop, which was very lively and crowded at night. The hotel feels very literary. There is a wealth of travel information as soon as you enter. The decoration and layout of the hotel are very historical. Our room was a simple double room and the price was very economical. The only drawback was the sound of the air conditioner. a bit big.

1. The check-in time will be slightly delayed. Even if you arrive later than the check-in time, you will still need to wait for the counter staff to help you arrange a room (I don’t understand this very well. Booking a room in advance does not mean that the room is reserved for reservation. Are guests checking in? But when you arrive, you still have to wait for the receptionist to give you a room?) 2. The amount of water is small, and the hot water needs to wait for a while. It means that you have to cut the hot water to the bottom before you feel like taking a hot bath. The location is very convenient, there are many delicious food around, and the service attitude of the staff is pretty good In terms of price, the CP value is mid-range. But if those two points can be improved, it might be better

When traveling to Tainan, I chose Tainan Dongning Hotel. The front desk service was very good and attentive, and the room facilities were complete. It was a good experience!

The location of the B&B is very convenient. The room is clean and tidy. The owner of the B&B is very kind and friendly. I originally booked a room without a window. The lady boss saw that I would stay for a few days and changed it to a room with a window. I was very touched💗 and she also took the initiative to introduce places to visit nearby. There are also attractions and accommodation worth recommending 🤗 Although the room is centrally air-conditioned and the air-conditioning is a bit insufficient, fortunately there is a fan in the room and it is still comfortable when it is turned on.
