The hotel very close to Ximen shopping center

Near MRT, Xinmending and Taipei main station so it is very convenient. Please check clearly room size when booking, Anyway it was a good hotel.

Location is very accessible. Literally 1min walk to the station. Staffs were approachable and the room was clean. We’ll definitely book again here when we go back in Taiwan.

The light on the table is good for selfie.. although i think it will be much better if there's a mirror inside the room other than the toilet..The room is clean which is one thing i really like..i drunk milk tea in the lobby and bought cake its good..the room temp is not that cold though..

Located near to Ximending, very near to Ximen Station, Hotel room is small and less ventilation, sounds proof is poor, room without fridge, basic toilet...

Nice hotel with kind staff very accessible to night market

While the hotel offers a convenient location, there are several aspects that fell short of expectations during my stay. Cons : 1. Daily Bed-Making Requests: Unlike standard hotel protocols, the housekeeping staff does not automatically make your bed. Guests must request this service daily, and if you forget, it will not be attended to later in the day. Actual room is smaller and darker. 2. Basic Service: The overall service provided by the hotel was average and lacked the warmth or attentiveness expected at this price point. 3. Noise Issues: The rooms are not soundproof, which means conversations and footsteps from the corridors are easily heard, leading to a noisy and sometimes disruptive environment. 4. Value for Money: Considering the condition and service level, there are better options available for a slightly higher price. 5. Incentivized Reviews: The hotel encourages guests to leave 5-star reviews by offering incentives like ice cream, coffee, or cake vouchers. This practice feels disingenuous and compromises the authenticity of feedback. Pros : 1. Prime Location: The hotel’s central location is undoubtedly its best feature, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Overall Impression While the hotel’s location is a major draw, the lack of attention to detail in service, noise issues, and questionable review incentives make it a less appealing choice. For a similar or slightly higher budget, better accommodations and experiences are likely available.

The hotel is a step away to stroll around and to the main station. Very friendly staff and I loved their friendly coupon for coffee and cakes 🥰 I definitely love the cake 🥰

The service and location is good of this hotel. Room was clean. However the room given is different than listed in the website. At best the the size of the room is 8 m2 not the 16 m2 it claimed. It was extremely small and weird shape. Quite disappointed. You can’t really shower everything gets wet including toilet and entire floor and water flow is poor. I was about to leave to get a refund back from trip.com but since I only needed the room for a few hours for my flight I didn’t bother. Trip.com pls communicate with hotel , they give really bad rooms to your customers you should rectify this. It was very disappointing! The only good thing is location and has lots of nice Taiwan snacks like shaved ice.
