Hej Taipei Arena Hotel Reviews

Due to a typhoon, my reservation for 3 people changed to just 1. I tried to modify or cancel it two days in advance but was told it wasn't possible, which felt a bit inflexible. I stayed in two different room types this time: one offered great value for money, and the other had a view of Taipei 101. The breakfast was also excellent, and the service was very good. They even provided snacks and drinks in the room – 100 points!

This hotel is very near to Taipei Arena and the room is able to see Taipei 101 too! Breakfast is good too and the overall stay is comfort.

I won't recommend this hotel. As we had a early flight, I just wanted a cheap triple room hote so I choose this 5mins Uber away from my last stayed hotel. It was errie, at night when I walk to my room, there were rooms with doors open and tv playing. Why don't the guests close the doors? The room was aged and dark, nothing like the hotel photos .won't stay again.

Convenient check-in: Very close to Taipei Arena, with many shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to buy things and dine out. Safety: The room offers great privacy, and the front desk service is warm and attentive. Facilities: Well-equipped. Hygiene: Clean and tidy.

The hotel doesn't provide toiletries like toothbrushes, which I assume is for environmental reasons. Other than that, everything was great! For this price, having breakfast included is an excellent deal!

The front desk staff wasn't very polite, and the cleanliness was a bit subpar; the toilet wasn't cleaned properly.

They advertised a deluxe room for four, but it was incredibly small. If four people were to stay, there wouldn't even be enough space to move around. We had to book an additional room just to fit everyone in.

We booked this hotel because we want a place where we can jog during the morning. The place meet our expectations and we are amaze running at the nearest park. We also enjoy the food during breakfast. Location was also very accessible to bus and train station. Highly recommended!
