The hotel staff were all incredibly hospitable and enthusiastic, always ready to answer questions and provide excellent service. It's a well-established, reputable star-rated hotel. The facilities are very well maintained, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. It's about a 10-minute walk from Ximen MRT Station (the hotel also offers scheduled shuttle service to Ximen MRT Station), making it super convenient for exploring Ximending. I'll definitely stay here again!

At first I was skeptical about the hotel since it’s look old, turns out the hotel is good and provides the best service available you can get with the price. It is very easy for me to communicate with the staff for amenities and other request, I was requesting a early check out and airport taxi around 03 am and they provide it excellently. In the future, I would probably visit this hotel again if I go to Taipei again.
