Nice location but room is soso!

This hotel is at a great location in Taipei's premier elite area. ＜30 seconds walk from an underpass exit/entry of a Taipei Metro station, right next to a 7-11 convenience store that opens 24 hours a day, across the street/alley in ＜15 seconds a pharmacy, ＜1 minute walk a cafe, within walking distance two banks where you can do currency exchange, and a great park with play ground across the main street that you can walk to via underpass. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Although I didn't use it, I appreciate that there is a laundry facility in the hotel. I stayed in a deluxe twin room with no windows. The bed was very comfortable and supportive, which as an older person I really appreciated. The room was very clean. The only recommendation I have is to make the glass wall between the bathroom and the bedroom light proof. As it was, when one person uses the bathroom at night, the light could wake up the other person who is sleeping.
