I had a great six-day stay and would highly recommend this hotel for women who are travelling solo.
The location is excellent. It is very close to Taipei Main Station and took me around 10 minutes to walk there, although I am a slow walker. If you are coming from the Airport HSR, Exit Z4 is the closest, however it was under construction during my stay so I used Exit Z3 without any issues.
My room was located close to the bathroom, but fortunately noise was not a problem. You can hear doors opening and closing as they are quite heavy, but it was never loud enough to wake me up. The other women staying at the time were very respectful. Everyone mostly kept to themselves, with the occasional nod or brief interaction in shared areas. As an introvert, I genuinely appreciated this calm and considerate atmosphere.
The setup felt safe at all times. Check-in and check-out are completed in the main building, with the rooms located in a different building across the street. While this is manageable, it can be a little inconvenient if you are travelling with large or heavy luggage.
A few small improvements would make the stay even better. Wall hooks inside the rooms would be very helpful for hanging bags, as this is something many women need. Rugs or floor mats would also be a great addition. I stayed during winter and the floors were very cold, and there was no designated place to wipe or dry your feet after using the bathroom.
Overall, I felt 100% safe and comfortable during my stay and would happily stay here again, especially as a solo female traveller.
