Jiamei Hotel Taipei

We booked a family room for the trip. The breakfast was sufficient though variety of options could be more especially for the western side of things. Generally happy with our stay. The housekeeping lady was very friendly and polite. She greeted us each time she sees us!

Hotel is conveniently located a short walk away from the train stations. There are also several food stalls and convenience shops nearby. Spotted several small cockroaches in my room and at the hotel lobby waiting area. Room soundproofing did not work well and I could hear neighbouring units’ doors slamming and people talking at the corridor.

The location was wonderful. The guest room was quite clean. The service was not very good. The hotel restaurant was cheap.

Firstly, Bfast was not as what i expected. They want to serve this kind of Bfast...they shld at lest give the customer the option to choose with or without Bfast and i believe most customers will choose without Bfast. Room look like Just renovated but some rooms are not or shld say not the same. My sister room Aircon unit control cannot opertate . imagine at -18C how to sleep. Location no doubt good but surrounding also have. Room Price does not justify what i Paid for 6 night X 3 rooms. Sad to say that...but my last stay and wont be booking that place...period. 55555555555.

Place is clean, air is clean and well maintained. Seems pretty new too. Bed was comfortable to sleep in.

We check in late but everything was smooth, just next to Michelin star vegetarian dining restaurant
