The hotel is very near songshan airport. It’s good for people who wanna to go airport and staff is helpful.

Good: chamber staff was nice location is close to transit Bad: No heat - room was 17 degrees. Outside was 16 degrees and raining. Called the hotel and they said the hotel only has AC and no heat. Wife was freezing so we had to use hotel hair dryer to warm her up. Asked to cancel next few days but was denied. Managed to kill 4 out of 5 mosquitoes in our room. Got bitten a few times over 4 nights. Mold in bathroom. Bathroom ventilation not working so our entire room was damp and cold. Two bath towels only. Any extra towels cost extra. No front staff - self check in/out Overpriced (it seems that is a Taiwan problem).

Self check in and check out station and nearest train station was about a 10 mins walk away.

The location is convenient, close to Zhongshan Junior High School Station. It's self-check-in, but there's still staff available to help. The staff are friendly 👍

It was a great stay, even the owner helped us to check in and out. Location was great, not hard to find. Clean room.

The hotel is conveniently located near an MRT station, with plenty of local eateries, drink shops, and restaurants nearby, plus a Poya store for shopping. The room rate is affordable, and the room type is quite good. Some parts show signs of renovation, but it's acceptable. The front desk lady was very kind.

Someone tried to even open our room while we were inside. We booked a room with a bath tub and city view but got a shower and a view of the tree. I have never been so disappointed.

Good location. Great price. Always stay here when I visit TaiPei. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

No staff to control the noise from the other rooms, although there was a staff member present during earthquake and making people feel calmer. Pillows and cleanliness were dissatisfying.

The bed was comfortable and space was big enough to accommodate two big luggages. However, I noticed the bottom cabinet to be filled with dead bedbugs (at least 5 of them) uncleaned. There is lack of sound proofing as well. It is really convenient to get from Taoyuan airport to here (via bus 1840). The service through trip.com was okay, but there is no 24/7 front desk staff

Overall good, with convenient transportation and relatively new facilities. The only issue was the showerhead holder in the room was only half a meter off the ground, so I had to hold it while showering at night. How is someone who's 1.8 meters tall supposed to manage that?
