Hotel Midtown Richardson

Great location in Ximenting. However the wash basin was outside the bathroom which was inconvenient for us. If you stay for more than a night, no bottled water is refilled for the second night.

The hotel is perfectly located for shopping and sightseeing. The breakfast is decent, but don't expect gourmet. There're other options nearby.

The cleanliness scored zero while the supporting customer services staff saved the reputation of the hotel. Check the photos taken before/ after room change. Another example will be the carpet in the corridor. Obvious paint stains are everywhere.

The hotel is very good located, however it’s very dirty, the moment you step on the rooms floor you are able to smell how dirty and dusty is the carpet. The hotel is very old and the rooms are old as well. We had to cancel our booking after the check in because I couldn’t stop sneezing. Very poor hygiene. However the location is amazing. We cancelled our booking and booked the hotel in front of it, called Oani. 100% times better.

The location is really convenient, with easy access to Ximen Station and Ximending. However, my stay was not as comfortable as I had hoped. There was some refurbishment going on, and I could also hear quite a lot of noise from the room next door. The bed was clean but the pillows were very flat and looked quite old, with some yellowing. One of the bath towels had a hole in it. The mattress had sunk in the middle, so I did not sleep very well. The staff were also not particularly friendly, and some of them spoke quite abruptly. I understand that the hotel is very busy and has many guests, but overall, the experience was okay. To be fair, I chose the hotel mainly because of the price, so perhaps I should not have expected too much.

1. The hotel only provides 2 bottles of water on the day you check in; please take note. 2. The hotel room there is a smells. My parents room there is a toilet smells and our room there is a smells where near the toilet. LOL 3. Location is good just accross XMD street. Near MRT Station. 4. The stress less busy, dont mind coming back again.

relatively clean but found dust on the blanket and lipstick stain on the pillow. location was convenient. near one of the exit of ximen metro and opposite ximending shopping district.

I got a room with a broken air conditioner as I could not adjust the temperature. So, I called the front desk and explained everything. At first, they managed to send me an engineer but I refused as it was almost midnight and I didn't want to wait for anyone to come and fix the issue that might impossibly to be fixed. So, they quickly found me a new room with nice temperature. By the way, I can tell that this hotel is located in the best spot of Ximending area.
