Good location near mrt station. Air con vent above the desk was dusty and looks never cleaned before.

Really not clean but it was a short stay so it was OK for what we needed. Would recommend for college kids with low standards, would not recommend for families.

It is very basic. I found hair in the shower room.

There is dust everywhere. I even found unwanted socks in the wardrobe. TV not functioning. We requested to clean the room, but I still found a lot of hair on the floor.

Recommended hotel, the staff is friendly and the environment is cozy and clean.

A very compact room but it would be helpful if you are staying there only for a night. Would suggest to book a bigger room with window if you are claustrophobic.

The room was alright, but there was a fair amount of mold throughout the room. Also, make sure to pay attention to whether or not there is a window in room when booking!

I stayed in a double suite without windows. It took a while for the air conditioner to reach that temperature after adjusting the temperature. The bed was very comfortable and the quilt was of good quality. The service staff has a great attitude! When we first encountered a problem at the check-in counter, we immediately sought help from the service staff and the problem was resolved immediately.
