Amazing breakfast! Kpop vibe! Made new friends! Best hostel ever!! I would recommend it to anyone! Clean and welcoming! It was cozy and not too small! Amazing experience!

Old Door Hostel & Bar is a solid choice in Taipei with a fantastic, convenient location that makes getting around super easy. The staff is welcoming, and the free breakfast is genuinely delicious! However, keep in mind that breakfast isn't provided if you have an early checkout before 8:00 AM. The main downside is noise—since there’s an on-site bar and high guest turnover, it can get quite loud at night. Definitely bring a pair of good earplugs, and you'll have a comfortable stay.

Friendly and considerate staffs Kaeda always be helpful. The cleanliness was well maintained. Location was the great right next to railway station. Thanks for well-maintained for the hostel.

This was the best hostel experience I've ever had! There was plenty of space for my luggage and personal items. All my roommates were quiet, so I slept really well during my stay. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. If you left your luggage with them, they would even bring it directly to your bed. Thumbs up!

Thanks for Kaete kind arrangement and service. The location is near Taipei main station Y13 exit. The hostel provide everything you need on your stay. The staff did a great job on maintaining cleanliness. Thanks for kept my luggage. Looking forward to staying again in the near future.

Room was very clean and has a nice smell. Reception was polite. Location is the best feature. The morning breakfast was a bonus and taste very good. Highly recommended

Very Spacious and private beds in a pod-like style with ample space. Was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. In a great location very close to the AirTrain Station and easy access to Metro and Bus stations.

Location is right and close to train stations. Service is perfect, equipment is sufficient for a cozy sleep. 5stars!

Super convenient location! Right outside of Y13 exit ( if I’m not mistaken!) of the metro. Also really like the layout of the bed! It’s super spacious, the most spacious hostel bed I’ve stayed actually. They do have a simple breakfast but I’ve missed both mornings so can’t comment. Great value ! Overall it’s amazing for solo travellers!

The entrance is cramped and doubles as a bar and coffee shop, making it quite noisy with all sorts of people. The reception staff were cold and unhelpful. The mattress was too soft and saggy, and the pillows were flimsy and offered no support.

I continued to stay in this hostel for one more day , and I decide to go to another location so I left my baggage at this hostel overnight and it’s so convenient, the hostel only cost me NT 100 for the baggage, it’s very friendly for budget backpacker. Also there are many good restaurants nearby so I stay here for one more day, love this hostel.

This hostel was so perfect for me as a solo traveler. It is located directly the Taipei City Mall Exit Y13 and the location in general is great with Taipei Main Station just being nearby. Everything was very clean and the equipment in the bathroom was stunning! I slept in the female dorm and our bath was equipped with two hair straighteners, make-up removers, conditioner, body lotion etc… really enjoyed my time there :))
