Hotel is clean and spacious, with a close walking distance to the MRT Songjiang Nanjing. No amenities are provided + have extra charges for pillows. No laundry too. There’s a 711 and multiple eateries nearby. Overall, it’s great!

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The toilet was a bidet, and there was also a large bathtub. Check-in on the first floor was self-service, which was quite convenient and took about three minutes to complete.

I stayed here because I was attending a concert at the Taipei Arena. It's very close to the MRT station, and the service was super friendly. I was able to leave my luggage early, and even though check-in isn't until 4 PM, there's a seating area in the lobby where you can relax, charge your phone, and there's a restroom, which is very convenient. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby, as well as massage parlors, internet cafes, convenience stores, and even a Poya. I stayed in a double room, and it was really spacious, as was the bathroom, which had a separate shower and bath and was very clean. I've already booked my next stay here!

Terrible , the bed have bed bugs or flea. Bite my hands and legs. And they don’t provide the toothbrush , very very low budget hotel which don’t match the price that we paid.

Great location, and the room had a bathtub! The bedding and sheets were clean, and there were restaurants right downstairs. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Hotel Midtown Taipei Nangang: Convenient Location, but Disappointing View The biggest advantage of Hotel Midtown Taipei Nangang is its location. The hotel is only about a five-minute walk from the MRT station, making it incredibly easy to travel to major attractions and business districts, whether you're on a business trip or a leisure vacation. This transportation convenience is definitely a big plus for travelers. However, there were a couple of minor disappointments during my stay. Although I was placed on the twelfth floor and expected to enjoy a city view, the window in my room faced a hoarding, completely blocking the view and preventing me from enjoying the scenery typically associated with a high-floor room. This left me a little let down, as I had hoped for a 'view from above.' Overall, Hotel Midtown Taipei Nangang is an excellently located and conveniently accessible hotel, perfect for travelers prioritizing ease of access. Nevertheless, there's room for improvement regarding the room view arrangement. If room allocation could be better planned to allow guests to fully enjoy the advantages of their floor, I believe it would significantly enhance the overall accommodation experience.

There were many footprints on the sofa. After speaking with the front desk, they only promised to follow up but never got back to me. I have no idea if they even did anything. The pillowcases were quite dirty, as you can see in the photo. There was obvious dust and rubbish on the bedside tables. The glass shelf on the bar counter hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long, clearly covered in a layer of dust. I can't even list all the little things. Let's just say this is far from a 4-star hotel experience.

Location & Surroundings The hotel is conveniently located right next to Songjiang Nanjing MRT Exit 5, just a three-minute walk away. The surrounding area boasts excellent amenities with plenty of convenience stores and Japanese eateries. It's also close to the famous Liaoning Night Market, making it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Room Experience The Executive Room was spacious and comfortable, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Service Quality The front desk staff were friendly and polite, making for an overall satisfying service experience. Room Amenities & Policies It's worth noting that some of the hotel's services and policies might differ from a typical stay: * An additional pillow costs TWD 150 per day. * Late check-out is TWD 400 per hour. * Room cleaning service is provided every three days. If your stay is less than four days, no cleaning service will be provided. Laundry Information The hotel does not have its own laundry facilities. If needed, there's a 24-hour self-service laundromat nearby: Turn right out of the hotel, walk straight past the China Airlines building, cross the road, and continue straight to Lane 24 to find it.

Good location, convenient to go everywhere in Taipei

Hardware wise nothing to say… it’s good. But upon further examination, you’ll realise that it’s not that fantastic. Signs of wear and tear in the room. Cleanliness also not fantastic. Quite a bit of dust in the room. Worse is the housekeeping. Bed made, towels changed and trash cans emptied but floor was not cleaned at all. Food crumbs were still visible after room was made. But for the price point, an overall decent stay.

The room was spacious enough, fitting two large suitcases without any issue. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's well-maintained. The price is quite reasonable, and if you don't require extra facilities, it's a great choice. The staff were also very friendly :)

This hotel is just a few minutes from Songjiang Nanjing Station, and you can walk under the building's eaves, which is super convenient if it rains. There are also many Japanese shops nearby, like Sukiya, CoCo Ichibanya, and Komeda Coffee, making it a great choice even for those who aren't seasoned travelers. While it's primarily smart check-in, the front desk staff speaks some Japanese and are very helpful. My room this time was a connecting room, and unfortunately, I could clearly hear coughing from the next room, which was unpleasant. It's a shame, because the TOTO Washlet in the toilet and the large bathtub were very comfortable. There's also a safe in the room.

The location was very convenient and the check in process was straightforward. The room itself was decently clean when I arrived however it doesn’t seem like they perform a thorough daily cleaning (or even after a whole week tbh). I kindly asked them to at leastvacuum clean the room but that was not done not even once in the 6 nights that I stayed here - so that’s pretty disappointing. Apart from that no real complaints!
