Room is clean and tidy, particularly like Chinese restaurant with excellent food. I tried their set menu which was super good

This hotel is super convenient, really close to my office in Neihu. There's a shopping mall right next door, and plenty of great cafes and convenience stores nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and the WiFi coverage was excellent. The hotel's restaurant and lobby bar were always buzzing. They even have umbrellas available at the entrance on rainy days, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, a good experience and definitely recommended!

Facilities: There's a 7-Eleven nearby and a FamilyMart right across the street, which is quite convenient overall. However, it's a bit far from the subway station, at least a 15-minute walk. The hotel can help call a taxi. Service: The service was good. On the first day, my room had a very strong perfume smell, which made me uncomfortable as soon as I entered. I immediately contacted the front desk to request a room change. After about a 10-minute wait, staff assisted me in successfully changing rooms! Throughout my stay, all my needs were met to my satisfaction! The hotel offers views of Songshan Airport and Taipei 101 on one side, and the Ferris wheel 🎡 on the other!

Fast check-in and check-out, well responded housekeeping, friendly staff.All that made a good experience of staying. Breakfast is highly recommended.

Let's start with the positives: The doorman, lobby manager, and front desk staff were all very professional, living up to the reputation of a renowned international hotel. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. Now for the negatives: It lacks grandeur. The lobby entrance is too narrow, making it feel like a busy market when crowded. The facilities are mediocre. The bidet toilet was installed too high; even at 172cm, my feet couldn't touch the ground when seated. The TV was incredibly small, disproportionate to the room size. The most frustrating issue was the poor soundproofing. The guests next door in room 1225 were speaking English, and perhaps they couldn't control their volume, but I could hear their conversations clearly, which was very loud and disturbing. This was extremely disappointing. Due to construction, the Ferris wheel was almost completely obscured. This isn't the hotel's fault, but rather an objective circumstance.

Good view, but far from the city, hard to find local restaurants around, the closet making sound when u move and the shower door also cannot close properly. The service is 100/100

Great breakfast, like many other guests have commented, not a huge variety but they have all the necessary ingredients for a filling breakfast buffet and all food taste good! Swimming pool and gym are both comfortable and huge The only problem is it isn’t too close to the metro but I come here for business trip so it’s fine for me

Service is great, rooms are big and clean. You also have a view of Songshan Airport and Taipei 101.

Room is spacious but a little old . Service is excellent and personalised . Prices are within range , just a little far from everywhere

The hotel infrastructure is excellent. The rooms are spacious with large beds, the environment is pleasant, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The front desk staff are very helpful and can easily arrange taxis. It's close to the National Palace Museum, and there's a 7-Eleven right outside where you can pick up concert tickets.

The service here is among the worst I've experienced at a Marriott, yet the price is on the higher end for the brand. I won't be choosing this hotel again. Breakfast was absolutely terrible, and on a Saturday morning, it shockingly ended at 10 AM. Definitely not coming back.
