DoubleTree by Hilton Taipei Zhongshan

The view was fantastic, with a clear sight of Taipei 101 in the distance. The room had a convenient table, perfect for a quick bite or a drink. Since it was an anniversary celebration, the hotel kindly provided a bottle of champagne, which really set a lovely atmosphere. The staff were all polite and had excellent service. And the breakfast was really good too! ♡

The hotel is very close to Zhongshan MRT Station, and not far from Taipei Main Station (about a 10-15 minute walk). Getting around is super convenient, with large department stores and Ningxia Night Market nearby. The hotel staff are all very friendly. When I checked in, it was already past midnight, and the front desk even brought me a warm cookie! The bed in the room was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a Japanese-style wet/dry separation, which was quite clean. The only surprising thing was the balcony room I booked – I thought it would be a small balcony, but the area was so large that several people could do hot yoga together. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Taipei.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the MRT station, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and even a department store nearby. The hotel service was great; they were willing to let us make a phone call and even allowed us a 30-minute late check-out.
