If you value anything other than location, such as hygiene, decent service and/or a good night’s sleep, i would look elsewhere. The showers were covered in black mold, and i’ve spotted massive cockroaches in the hallway on multiple occassions. Staff at the front desk are totally uninterested and are not very helpful. The walls of the rooms with the curtains (second floor) are so thin that you can practically hear your neighbour’s breathing, and the ‘curtain’ is so thin that any light will go right through and light up your room. Other than that, the place really has the ambiance of a detention center, so you’ll definitely not want to spend a second longer here than absolutely necessary. Unfortunately other than the location (which i must admit is great) i have very little positive to say about this place.

I stayed here on two occasions as I loved it so much I wanted to extend (but it was booked out over the weekend). As a solo traveller this place is perfect. Fantastic location right next to the MRT. So close to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The rooms are small but absolutely perfect for what I needed. The same price as a 30 bed hostel dorm room with the privacy of your own space and much quieter. The bathroom was small but I never had to wait for a shower which I was surprised by. The whole place was always clean. Honestly I couldn’t recommend this place more I loved it!!

I really liked this place. Despite the thin walls, it was very quiet at night and I was not disturbed (apart from one person snoring so loudly you can hear it in the whole place). Guests were quiet and respectful. There was lots of signs with rules everywhere and the staff were not very talkative so it wasn't a very positive atmosphere but it's fine for just a place to rest when exploring. I found it relaxing there. Toilets weren't the best but I never had to wait to use the toilet or shower. I saw staff cleaning toilets daily to a good standard. Note that you have to pay extra to leave your bag more than an hour after checkout and they have lots of fines and fees for different things so just check and make sure you are following the rules. Amazing location next to exit 8 or MRT and close to lots of food places and shops. I walked everywhere. Overall, great stay for the price

The location is absolutely fantastic! If I remember correctly, it's right next to Exit M8 of the MRT/HSR/TRA station. I'm a late riser, so when I rushed downstairs with only 15 minutes to spare, I still made it to the TRA platform with 3 minutes before departure. This spot is such a gem, I almost don't want to share it!🤣 Across the street is (what I think is) a police station, and there's a 7-Eleven downstairs, so safety and convenience are top-notch. It's rare for a hostel to have these individual 'rooms,' offering great privacy, and you need a card to enter. The only downside is that since you're still in bunk-bed proximity to the next 'room,' you can hear movement, which made falling asleep a bit tricky, but it wasn't a big deal because everyone was genuinely very quiet. There are quite a few bathrooms. The ones in the accommodation area are very smooth to use but limited, making them hard to snag. There are plenty upstairs, but the drains aren't as good; if you shower a little longer, it tends to flood a bit, which is slightly uncomfortable but tolerable. I really liked the room; the mattress and pillow were quite comfortable. Plus, you can watch a small TV, but I wouldn't recommend it at night due to the average soundproofing. The common area has space for eating, a fridge, and readily available hot water.

Really like this place, lobby has pool, common spaces, nice locations. There is restrount, and breakfast!

I stayed at the largest room which is the same room as my previous stay with private bathroom

worst stay ever. except for the good location every other things worst. it's not a room but compartment that separated by cheap woods. rest room is shared you need to share with step on wet floor with bear foot. men and women are not separated that all stay in tiny bunk that bearly accommodates you. Anyway stay away from that shitty place. it's not worse paying money to stay.

Location is excellent and that’s it. The room is okey for one night I don’t mind a tiny room cause I paid 15 dollars BUT the AC was not strong. I was in the room sweating and I could not regulate it cause it was central AC system no remote in the room

Great location, else is just liveable.

The stay was pleasant. I was assigned to a quiet room. Easy access to Taipei Main Station.

Lovely hotel and clean , Near by MRT  food and 7-11 around  easy to go any place

Maybe I didn't get lucky on that day, it got noisy at night because of few uncooperative guests. It's bearable since the price is lower than usual days.
