Excellent service, the staff were polite and enthusiastic. The breakfast was, as always, high-quality and delicious. I especially enjoyed the beef noodles and seafood fried rice. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Great stay as usual. My boy was injured after playing basketball and the staff even offer wheel chair and Medicial care. Appreciate the care and the support!

I had an event at the hotel the next morning, so I checked in the night before to avoid rushing. The overall experience was excellent, truly living up to its five-star reputation. It's a shame I was only there for the event, so I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool or gym, which felt like a bit of a waste of money, haha. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the area.

The staff were very friendly, and there are all sorts of great restaurants downstairs, which is super convenient. The place was spotless and well-equipped. It's totally my style and definitely worth recommending! I'd love to go back again!

Very satisfied, it's excellent! This is a great hotel in Taiwan. Whenever I go to Taipei, it's always my top choice along with the Mandarin Oriental. The location here is quite good, there's an ATM downstairs, and plenty of nice restaurants on the third floor.
