Great location, very close to Taipei Main Station and within easy reach of the main shopping areas. Check-in and check-out were both very fast and efficient, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended for travelers who want convenient transportation, quick access in and out of the city, and easy access to shopping. The only thing that could be improved is the floor plan and wayfinding. The layout can be a little confusing, and it was quite easy to get lost at first. Overall, though, a very convenient and pleasant stay.

It was my 2nd time staying here. I recommended this hotel to ny family as well so we booked the same ahead for our trip. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was 💯. Unli hotpot every morning? Such a wake up call everyday 😅

Everything was great. I’ve stayed here several times, and I always enjoy my stay. My only feedback is that the room lighting is too dim. Adding brighter lights around the mirror would make it much easier to apply makeup

Pros: They clean the room, refill your water and change your towel every single day. Breakfast hotpot was delicious. Allowed to leave your luggage prior to check in. Great Location, not too near the busy district but not too far either. Cons: Strict with check in time. We were given the key just a few minutes before 3 PM. Was expecting the breakfast to change from time to time especially the way they cook the chicken, but no, it was the same for about a week we were there. If you are not a couple, beware of the glass door bathroom.

I had an amazing stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Self check in and out. Very quick and easy. Location is right at ximendeng. Quickly industrial interior design.

pretty nice rooms and clean overall. hotel is massive with many rooms on each floor. has a cosy vibe going on at this hotel. stayed 10 days here without any complaints. has daily housekeeping. laundry here is costly tho costs 70 for washing and 50 for drying. location isn’t too bad but far from public transports! would stay here again.

The pictures were taken when i’m about to check out so it doesn’t look neat. Overall i enjoyed my stay, there was one particular staff in which i forgot the name, night shift wear glasses, she was the sweetest! I explained my situation and she assisted me with all her might. The breakfast they have was one of a kind. Never had hotpot in a hotel. The location was also convenient, few walks to ximending subway and 1km to taipei main station.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a stone's throw from Ximending and the MRT station, making transportation and finding food incredibly convenient. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and overall, it offers great value for money. It's the perfect base for exploring Taipei.

They charge a high cost for self service laundry. (Total 120ntd for washing+drying) Some of the female staffs were rude and not in a mood to welcome the guests. Found a lot of hair on my pillow and bed sheet. Not worth for the price and it’s not compatible for a 4star hotel rating.

Love the strategic location, cozy lobby spaces, convenient to get around and it is a stone throw away from ximending! Luggage storage is allowed in the lobby too.

We like the room and and easy check in and check out, but the breakfast menu everyday is the same. It’s not good at all.

The room was spacious enough and the bed quite comfortable. The no window situation did not work for me, as I then have trouble to get up, but it was in the room description, so that's OK. What I liked a lot, was the shower. Very good water pressure and proper ventilation. What was lacking is tea bags. Kettle and some instant coffee was provided. Tea bags would've been awesome! Overall, if you can forgive the no window thing, I can definitely recommend this hotel. The location is superb and the style quite fun.
