Stay Inn Hotel

For the price, the room was surprisingly spacious, and the queen-sized bed made for a very comfortable stay. I also really appreciated how quiet it was, even though it faced a main street, thanks to the double-paned windows. And something small but really welcome was the number of power outlets! When traveling, you always have so many devices to charge like your phone, power bank, smartwatch, and Wi-Fi router.

This hotel was super easy to get to, just about a 3-minute walk from Shuanglian Station, and there was even an escalator at the station exit! Getting to tourist spots was a breeze since the Tamsui-Xinyi Line runs through there, so I never felt inconvenienced. It's also just two stops from Taipei Main Station, which made it really convenient for airport access. The room wasn't huge, but there was definitely enough space to open two suitcases comfortably. If you looked closely, you might notice some minor wear and tear (like a bit of peeling wallpaper), but it wasn't anything that bothered us. What really stood out was how incredibly kind and helpful the hotel staff were! I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Taiwan. Just a heads-up: there's a shared microwave, water dispenser (with hot water available), and washing machine. Amenities are limited to slippers, so you'll need to bring your own toiletries.
