Very helpful staffs. Clean room, a bit small but sufficient. Very strategically located, near mrt

Just okay for short term stays. We got a glimpse of Taipei 101 and city view in our unit. However, the room has this mildew smell and the carpet felt damp underfoot. There’s also a lingering odor in the bathroom (the bed is just beside the toilet). The staff were nice, though. Location wise, public transport is convenient as it’s near Taipei Main Station, and bus stops.

Pleasant stay, great view (from the bathroo- seepicture attached m) on Taipei 101 but a bit noisy due to hotel located at a super busy crossroad. Cafés nearby, metro about 5mn away, all good

Great value for money- central, close to underground station, restaurants and convenience store, opposite to Taipei101, clean, spacious, with coffee and tea in the room and all you need.

Great location with walkable distance to the underground station (5min walk). The Taipei 101 and world trade centre is close by. The room is clean and tidy, no smell or mould. The room is generally good for sound proofing. Good water pressure and hot shower. The only complaint is that the pillows are very soft and flat. Only because of this we would not consider booking in again.

Hotel reception - manager in charge & staff overall we are okay with service. Except housekeeping is poor, need improvements. Day 2 : Not satisfied with room service, when we returned room in the evening, floor tissue dropped outside bin not cleared - uploaded picture FYR. Day 3 & 4: tissue pack n disposable slippers are not given to guests, we have to go reception to collect. Daily room rate eqv. SGD300 and we got small room and poor housekeeping paid SGD1200 for 4 nights.

Nice place and convenience, near Taipei 101 and take bus everywhere.
