San Want Residences Taipei

Stayed one night this trip during this trip and I accidentally selected momoshop to deliver my order to the hotel instead of 7-11 store pick up. They received my package and was thankful for them.

Spacious rooms and great bath facilities This hotel seems particularly well-suited for those who enjoy taking baths. The staff were kind. A multilingual female staff member (Korean, English, Chinese) was especially helpful. The location is a bit halfway—it's about one or two bus stops from the MRT. It was a bit far, but not impossible to walk, so I usually just walked. The rooms are large and offer good value for the price. One thing to note is that the area behind the hotel is a Japanese-style nightlife district.

This 5-star hotel's cleanliness was definitely lacking and below average. The location isn't great either, as you have a moderate walk just to get to the MRT. I don't think it's worth the price tag compared to what you can get at a decent 4-star hotel.

San Want Residence Taipei is truly an excellent five-star hotel. The moment I entered, I was impressed by its elegant décor and warm atmosphere. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and very comfortable, with every detail well thought out. Including Genelec speakers for the Sony TV. Japanese bath was wonderful. The staff were exceptional — polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Service felt very personal and professional, making me feel completely at home. They are attentive to my needs and eager to help. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Location is also convenient, close to transport and shops. Overall, a wonderful experience — one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Taipei. Highly recommended! 

Great location. On the main red MRT line connection is convenient to all shops etc. friendly & helpful service

It's a wonderful hotel. The room is very spacious and well equipped. Free waters everyday. The location is great too, 5 dollars taxi ride to all major attractions. The staff are all very attentive and professional. 10 out 10. Highly recommend! We stayed 5 nights and it has been such a wonderful experience. Thank you!
