Been coming back for W Taipei in the past decade, still my fav hotel in TPE, convenient location with stylish rooms and pool & spa, worth It.

Very good hotel in a very good location however the room smelt like mould. I was certainly it was coming from the air-conditioning as the second room that we got on our second stay do not smell the same. It was a special occasion however we had not gotten any special amenities despite at least three confirmation emails sent in advance. we had also checked in at 5 pm which as well beyond the check-in time however the room was not ready and check into around 20 minutes. The nail and the coffin was the spa that was undergoing maintenance which made it was not able to be used by its hotel guests . Overall unsatisfactory stay given the price we paid however overall still a very good property in terms of its hardware.

Due to the architectural layout, there was nowhere for guests to sit and rest while checking in, which isn't ideal for someone who has just arrived. However, the location and service were impeccable, and the room was spacious enough. Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay.

Loved the hotel! First of all there is the great, friendly and professional hotel staff. Also, the location of the hotel is ideal: closeby Taipei 101 and Xiangshan. At last, the room itself was really nice and comfortable. Overall I had a perfect experience at W Taipei!
