Definitely not a 5-star experience! My business trip this time was quite disappointing. The hotel facilities are too old, and the housekeeping wasn't thorough. The overall environment really doesn't justify the price. The only positive I can say is that the service attitude was decent. Very low value for money, not recommended.

Elegant stay at Landis Taipei, great service, spacious rooms, convenient location, and delicious dining options. Would definitely return again.

About 5min walk to the MRT - not bad. right beside a McDonald’s and family mart. Service staff amazing, only problem we had was with the pillows. Two pillows, one too soft and one too hard. Came out after 4d3n with sore shoulders and neck but no complaints about the place otherwise. Great roo

Had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout, which really elevated the experience. The place is clean, well-maintained, and held to a very high standard. Overall, an awesome stay and would definitely recommend.

Room and amenities are relatively new even though the building exterior looks old. I love how there’s sauna and it’s really underrated! Would recommend to stay here overall.

The Landis Taipei is my favourite hotel every time I go to Taipei. It is very convenient and the room is clean. I especially like its Japanese-style washer toilet 😁

Service at the hotel is impressive. Everyone is willing to help and wishes to ensure that we have an excellent stay. The room is spotless with some fruits and drinking water. It is within walking distance to many eateries, as well as a temple. Only downside is that the lobby feels a bit old.

The service was excellent, especially the concierge at the entrance who left a great impression – truly made us feel at home. The room was clean and hygienic. The breakfast was a bit average, making me want to order takeout, but that doesn't detract from my high praise and recommendation for the hotel.

Perfect location for local ********* snacks. Lovely bakery and french crepe restaurant. The staff and bellboys and bellgirls were extremely friendly and helpful.

Pleasantly surprised with the complimentary room upgrade! Do rmb to bring you toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap if needed as the hotel do not provide it. Would totally come back and stay again 😬

Location is fantastic, walkable to many attractions. Cleanliness in the shower stall and service from one of the receptionists could improve.
