The hotel rooms are very spacious, and there's a free shuttle service. We also got to visit Ximending at an incredibly affordable price. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade, which gave us a really unique view of Taipei.

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and has a classic atmosphere. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the location is not very convenient, especially for getting around without a car or taxi. Overall, it was a nice stay, but the location could be a little more convenient.

An excellent hotel, rich in history and definitely worth savoring. From the moment we arrived at the hotel entrance, staff were there to greet us and help with our luggage. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, was incredibly polite. A special shout-out to the gentleman at the entrance – he has an amazing service ethic, always smiling, helping with photos, and opening/closing car doors. He truly makes you feel like he's running the place as if it were his own home. I hope management sees this and commends him! 👍 We also participated in the hotel's secret passage tour, which was fantastic. It wasn't just about staying at a hotel; we also got to learn about the local history and culture.

The hotel boasts a new Chinese-style luxury design, and one of the attractions I was most looking forward to was the 'Dongxi Secret Passageway'! The front desk service was excellent!
