United Hotel

1) The room's cleanliness was subpar. Upon entering the bathroom, I immediately noticed two long hairs that hadn't been cleaned. 2) The facilities are outdated. All lights in the room require manual switching, and the rotary switches are difficult to operate. There's no master switch for when you go to sleep, so you have to manually turn off each individual light. 3) The shower door made a strange noise when sliding. The staff said it couldn't be fixed and could only be pushed inwards, not pulled outwards. 4) During this stay, I arrived at 12:30 PM, but was told I couldn't check in yet. I returned at 2:30 PM to check in again and was assigned a room at the end of the hallway. When I requested a change, I was informed that all rooms were fully occupied. Despite arriving early, no one advised me on check-in procedures, and then when I finally checked in, I was told there were no available rooms. I was furious on the spot. The front desk staff also had a very poor attitude. I will absolutely not choose this hotel again for my next trip to Taipei.

Great location, right next to the Taipei Dome, with plenty of shops and attractions nearby! From the 18th floor, you can even see Taipei 101! Being close to the gym was convenient for grabbing water. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of in-room drinking water, so it's best to bring your own bottled water.

The location is fantastic! The MRT station, [specific attraction/landmark - if the 5 stars refer to something concrete, e.g., 'Taipei 101 Mall'], and the Taipei Dome are all within walking distance, and it's less than 2 km from Taipei 101, making transport incredibly convenient. The room facilities are a bit dated, and the hotel's coffee shop was understocked.

It was my first time in Taipei, and the front desk staff upgraded our room to one with a 101 view (don't be shy about asking, they'll do their best to accommodate you!). The service was excellent; someone always opened the door for us when we entered. The room was very clean and odorless, and the bed was large and comfortable. It took me until the third night to realize it was actually two beds pushed together 😂. I have no idea where they got the duvet, but it was 2 meters long and incredibly cozy! The hotel is very close to the subway station and not far from attractions. I specifically chose the option without breakfast because I can never wake up early enough. When we checked in, there was a small Coke and a Pocari Sweat that were complimentary! At 900 RMB per night, it's a good price for this location. If I come to Taipei again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The service was excellent, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

This hotel is right across from the Taipei Dome, making it the perfect choice if you're here for a concert. While others are still stuck on the MRT heading home, you're already back in your room, relaxing. The location is absolutely superb! However, I really can't praise the hotel's breakfast. When food trays were empty at the buffet, replenishment was incredibly slow – agonizingly slow. We often waited over 10 minutes, and they were still empty. This happened two days in a row. I'm not sure if the slow speed is due to understaffing or issues with food preparation. I hope they can improve this.
