The room had very good soundproofing which was very important for me as a light sleeper. The room was large and it felt very spacious. We requested for two more pillows via the app and they were delivered promptly. Around the hotel, there was a food court in the next building as well as local breakfast spots. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The location is good, with a bus stop right outside the hotel, which makes getting around very convenient. The lobby is beautiful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, considering the overall standard of the hotel, I expected better maintenance of the room. The bathroom felt quite dated, and the shower curtain did not prevent the water from getting onto the bathroom floor. I also noticed stains on the carpet and a towel with a hole in it. Considering the price I paid, I expected a higher standard of room maintenance. Overall, the stay was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of maintenance.

Location was near to Taipei Arena. Went there for a concert and it was really convenient to stay here. Slightly on the expensive side but the location was great. Room was spacious and clean as well.

Location was great. Room was clean. 1 wall plug was broken. Hard to control the aircon setting. It’s either too cold or too hot. Concierge staff was great at receiving my foodpanda delivery Breeze mall next door has a great food court on B3 level. Overall a great stay.
