Big room Helpful staff tv and air con broke down twice during my stay yet they got staff to restore promptly Not too far from metro and bus station like 5-10 mins walk Away from the main street so kinda quiet and dark at night Lots of convenience stores and beverages shops nearby

It is a four star hotel but it doesn't give you the service with the same merit. A wrinkle happened and their contingency plan was poor and unprofessional, kinda used to this Taipei cold shoulder when the reception stopped talking means "please leave" and such unprofessionalism is quite an abhor in a four star setting. Glad the incident got solved so I would still recommend people to stay if only they are used to nonchalant service.

This place was super cosy, well maintained. It had a cafe and restaurant inside. And outdoor sitting area and it was super close to shops and restaurants. Sound proofing seems to be a common denominator across most mid tier accommodation in China but definitely not a deal-breaker. Reception has plenty of ear plugs for the light sleepers. The place is 12min walk from Jinsong station.

The location is good with a lot of restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance, also one of the well known supermarket is within 10 minutes walk. The size of the room is comparatively small but the toilet is big with a big bathtub.

Best place I've stayed in in Taipei. Clean, well equipped, excellent service, price & location. This will be my go-to hotel from now on end

Got a free upgrade to the executive room, which comes with jacuzzi! Pros: - location wise, it’s in a quiet neighbourhood within a bustling area, with malls and eateries aplenty. - very value for money - comfortable beddings, good room size - washing machine and dryer for use on site (chargeable) - jacuzzi is the bomb! Huge toilet with tv, jacuzzi comes with mood lightings - free snacks and minibar drinks Cons: - May not be too family friendly. Has adult channels and videos for selection on the tv menu, condom provided in the bath room also tells a story - though well maintained, can still see signs of wear and tear - sound insulation not the best. Can hear doors opening and closing etc - while conveniently located , still a good 7-8 mins walk to the nearest mrt station. Buses may be a better option - no breakfast provided though breakfast options aplenty in the neighbourhood

Good location, near train station. Walking distance to 行天宮. The bathroom was spacious with a massage bathtub. The air con temperature was unable to adjust, so it quite cold for me. Asked the staff about this but the explanation was proven incorrect. Overall, this is a good hotel with good location.

Nice and clean and efficient. No restaurant or food services available. Very quick to bring anything requested iron/ more water etc. Some strange features - large jacuzzi with lighting effects in the bathroom, condoms in the bathroom and parking garage with covered number plates. Would not recommend the spa.

It’s nice quiet place with lotsa food around. Only issue is some drivers are not so familiar with the route there.

It’s amazing experience! Location is good, and the room is more than expected.
