The front desk staff were very helpful in resolving our taxi issue, and the breakfast was also delicious. We stayed in a hot spring room, and it was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again next time.

I've stayed in many hotels, but this one truly deserves a perfect score! The environment is quiet and elegant, and the lobby fragrance is delightful. The facilities are brand new, and the smart toilet and shower system are incredibly convenient to use. Every staff member is smiling and always ready to help. The bedding is clean and soft, and the shower stall is spotless, without even a single water stain – a germaphobe's dream come true! I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit!

Rooms a bit basic but pleasant lounge (with Starbucks coffee), really enjoyed the very large pool (apprently water is fed in from a mountain spring, so it's cold but super refreshing). Breakfast quite disappoiting though staff was very nice. Bus stop right in front with various bus routes to all apots around Yangmingshan and even Taipei main station. Ne aware the volcanic fumes nearby give off a smell which can be strong at times.

We took the room with hot spring it is nice and privacy. The hotel can reached by bus where bus stop near by like walking distance of 2 minutes. There is nice water fall along the hotel walking upwards to yang ming shan main bus station.

The hotel was a great experience. My chosen room had private hot spring which also had a great view. Great value for the price of the room. Staff are very nice and accommodating. The hotel is located in front of bus station so it’s also very accessible with public transportation, however there are only few buses at night with long intervals. The private hot spring is great but the shared hot spring needs renovations and repainting. Overall great experience!
