Globally good, room was clean with strong identity that immerse you in the universe of the hotel. However some point that disturbed sadly my stay was the smell of humidity and some noise time to time which disturbed my sleep.

The services were excellent. It is centrally located within very short walking distance to MRT, bus station and direct rail to Taoyuan Airport. Shopping and food are abundance and within a 2-minute walk. The breakfast in the hotel is very good. The only negative thing about this hotel is its design with a dark setting with low lighting. Otherwise, everything else is quite nice. Will stay here again.

Good stay prefer a packaged bottle instead of reusable bottle as my water was not clean. Located near a mall and speed station which made my travel convenient

Very nice hotel with nice facilities. I upgraded to a prestige floor room and the rooms are nice as well as the view. Staff is very helpful and speaks English if you need.

The location is superb! It’s right above a shopping mall, there’s a night market nearby within walking distance. Many convenient stores and massage shops nearby too. G

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would especially like to compliment the receptionist who assisted me during check-in. They were warm, friendly, and professional, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. Their welcoming attitude made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to staying here again in the future. We stayed in 1203 the vibe so great can see Taipei 101 building which is cool.

Excellent reception service for staff at both level 1 and 6. Very helpful staff at level 1, helping me with looking out for my booked vehicle. ********* food at breakfast was great too! Especially loved the salty beancurd and braised pork! Please keep up the good food and excellent service!
