Everything was great, except for the bathroom not having a separate shower and toilet. The staff were very friendly.

I traveled alone and had a wonderful stay. The reception team was warm and welcoming, and Hikko was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout my stay.

The bedding wasn't very comfortable. The bed was also quite small, my feet were hanging off. And the soundproofing wasn't great either.

There is no parking space available, as opposed to free parking being indicated. Totally unacceptable on false information, as free parking in Taipei hotel city on this price range is a norm.

It was really quite good! Free coffee at ground floor. Modern facility. Great location. I might come back. I agree though the 31 unit feels somewhat strange with the old fashioned lock, but still, good value.
