Inhouse Hotel

Second time staying at Inhouse hotel since the location is really good. Staffs are nice and very accommodating. Food is warm.

The hotel is at great location but the bed matress is too hard, and pillow is too soft to sleep, add on extra 1pcs pillow $50. I having hard time to have a good rest due to the hard matress. Otherwise all good . Hotel buffet breakfast has limited choice.

The hotel is in the middle of the pedestrian zone which is great. The staff was friendly and everything was overall good. It was a little bit dusty and there was no laundry machine or special utensils, therefore the small reduction but overall I recommend this hotel.

The property is centrally located, approximately a 5–10 minute walk to the metro. Breakfast was average with limited options. The room and toilet were clean and well maintained.

Everything is okay except the male receptionist with glasses.

Amazing hotel, would highly recommend people travelling to Taipei to stay in this hotel. Firstly, great location. The hotel is right in the Ximen area but somehow not noisy at all. Walking distance to the Ximen and Taipei Main Station MRT stations depending on which lines you need to take. All sorts of street food, restaurants, drinks, and even bars within walking distance. Also lots of places to shop in the area. Service is also great. Counter staff are present at all times and would greet you upon entering/leaving the hotel. Luggage storage also available prior to check-in and check-out for free. Unable to comment on the breakfast included as we opted to skip it and try other foods outside. The room was spacious and clean. All basic amenities such as kettle, coffee/tea, fridge, slippers and robes available. TV is able to stream Youtube and Netflix. Queen size bed was comfy and clean. They only provide shampoo and soap (no conditioner or other toiletries available). Hot water was available and the water pressure was good, with fixed shower head and hand held shower were both available. The toilet bowl also deserves a mention as well with its high-tech bidet and seat warming function. Room was made and towels changed daily. Also able to opt for change of bed linen on request if needed during the daily housekeeping. Some of the electric sockets in the room are able to accommodate all international plug types, some are only able to accommodate the ********* plug type (very convenient, but just in case, would recommend to still bring along an electrical adaptor) Overall amazing hotel, highly recommended to travellers.
