The location is incredibly convenient; it's right by exit Z8 of the underground shopping street from the station. The hotel is located within a commercial building, with the check-in counter on the fourth floor. Both the 'Theme Hall' and 'Station Front Hall' check-in at the same location. If you prefer a higher floor, I recommend staying at the 'Station Front Hall'. The lobby offers a variety of snacks, including my kids' favorite Doritos. There's a snack time from 2 PM to 4 PM, but I didn't get a chance to enjoy it during my stay. The most convenient feature for travelers is the laundry facility. It costs $50 per use for washing/drying. The dryer is quite large, and although I was initially worried my clothes wouldn't dry completely, $50 was more than enough. The triple room was spacious enough, with plenty of power outlets for charging devices. However, there wasn't much space to put clothes in the shower area. Overall, it was clean and suitable for families traveling with children.

📍 Location & Surroundings: The location is incredibly convenient, right near Taipei Main Station. The area is bustling with tons of options for food and souvenirs. However, it's worth noting that most places nearby are grab-and-go, so if you're looking for a sit-down restaurant, your choices might be more limited. 🎠 Unique Lobby & Family-Friendly: The reception lobby on the 4th floor is very unique, with a charming American retro and playful design, and it even has a kids' play area. The lobby thoughtfully provides free bottled water, hot and cold beverages, afternoon tea snacks, and various treats. The kids had a fantastic time playing here! 🛏️ Room Space & Design (A bit disappointing): The room space was smaller and more basic than expected. There was only one chair in the room, so if two people wanted to sit and relax, they had to take turns. Also, the room's design wasn't very practical; for instance, the desk wasn't facing the TV, making watching TV a bit awkward.

The location is super convenient. From Taipei Main Station, just follow the signs to the underground mall's Z area. If you have luggage, take the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi exit and walk two blocks. If you don't have luggage, use exit Z8, and you'll be right there. Check-in is on the 4th floor. It's perfect for families with kids. The only downside is that the sink is outside the bathroom.

Feels just like home, with a great price point. The location is excellent, really close to Taipei Main Station, making it super convenient to get around on any MRT line. The underground mall is also easily accessible, and the Z8 exit leads directly to the hotel building entrance, so no worries about rain!

The subway is super convenient; it's right above Taipei MRT Station Exit Z8. You have to walk to Z4 for the elevator, though. There are also many breakfast shops nearby. However, the hygiene could be a little better, but the room space is sufficient. I'd consider staying here again.

The hotel's location near Taipei Main Station is incredibly convenient, with plenty of great food options, an underground mall, Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, and just a 10-minute walk to Ximending. The hotel environment and hygiene are excellent. On the 4th floor reception, there are two playrooms for children, which my kids absolutely loved! They also provide snacks and tea bags. The hotel was generally comfortable and offered a great experience for families. The room was clean and cozy, and the location was quite convenient. The night view of Taipei Main Station from the hotel was absolutely beautiful. What's more, there are plenty of child-friendly facilities and arrangements here, making family trips smoother and less stressful. Kids have space to play, and it's easier to maintain their daily routine. The front desk staff were friendly and provided unlimited bottled distilled water and snacks, which naturally enhanced the overall service experience. If you're looking for a family-friendly hotel, this one is highly recommended.

We stayed for 3 nights with 2 adults and 1 toddler, including breakfast. Pros: Excellent location: Direct access from Exit Z8 of Taipei Main Station's underground shopping mall. All hotel facilities are on the 4th floor, except for the breakfast area: a play area for toddlers, a dedicated play zone for children, and complimentary snacks from 2 PM to 4 PM (redeemable with room key). Bottled water is available for self-service all day. Reasonable room size: Plenty of space to move around even after unpacking. Responsive staff: Provided reasonable assistance promptly. Breakfast on the 37th floor: Tables are well-spaced, offering great views. Some dishes vary daily, including tea eggs and ********* sausages with chicken drumsticks. Areas for improvement: Exit Z8 is convenient but has no elevator. You'd need to go out one block earlier for elevator access. To get from the room to breakfast on the 37th floor, you need to change elevators. The hotel doesn't proactively clean the room, but you can request trash disposal and towel changes.
