Response from Property: Hello, thank you very much for sharing. Regarding the deposit method you mentioned, our hotel deposit can actually be paid in cash. If our staff made any oversight in explaining this on the day of your visit, resulting in you receiving information that did not match the actual situation, we sincerely apologize and will immediately strengthen the training of relevant personnel. Furthermore, regarding the credit card issue you mentioned, we would like to clarify that the hotel uses pre-authorization, which is only for guarantee purposes and will not result in any actual deduction. When you check out, we will also apply to the bank to release your credit limit, and according to the bank's operating procedures, it usually takes approximately 14–21 business days to complete the release and update to the normal credit limit. If our staff failed to explain this clearly on the day of your visit, causing you subsequent concerns, we sincerely apologize and thank you for your valuable feedback, which allows us to continuously improve our services.
