Close to the subway station, safe and quiet nearby. Nice breakfast with different choices everyday. Helpful staffs and cozy room. But found that there was mould around the tap….stain on the bidet cover (inside) …looked so disgusting and we had to get it of it. Also, there was unpleasant smell on the towels and we had to buy some disposable towels. The shower head did not work well and requested to change a new one on the next day. Then we had a nice shower afterward. Hope the hotel would focus more on the hygiene of the room cleanings and amenities.

Stayed here for 2 nights with two girlfriends and we had a really pleasant stay! The hotel was clean, modern, and felt very safe, which was something we appreciated as a group of three girls. The location was great—easy to get around with the MRT nearby, and there were lots of convenience stores, cafés, and local eateries within walking distance. It was a convenient base for exploring Taipei. Our room was comfortable and well maintained. It was a little cosy once all three of us opened our suitcases, but it was perfectly fine for a short stay. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well after long days of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Breakfast had a good variety and was a nice bonus before heading out each morning. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Taipei, especially friends or small groups looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel.

Overall, the hotel was good. However, in term of service, we rated it 3 stars. We left some belongings in the room and the front desk did not notify us or verify with us about the items, even though we returned to the hotel that night to collect our luggages.

The staff is so kind and very accommodating. I love it here.
