When you enter the their a smell but when you open the air-conditioning the smell will be gone. The soundproofing is VERY Bad I woke up hearing the loud sound of the vacuum cleaner next door I request a quiet room by the way. They will call and remind you that it's time for your check-out The location is great 👍

The room was very clean and complete with all the amenities. Thank you to the housekeeping lady who always checking if I needed something. The frontdesk lady also very helpful.

Hotel was good. Great location, friendly staffs, and clean room. Only one thing is the bath has sewyer smell. My small room was stink when I open the door, but when I closed the bathroom door, the room was ok but the bathroom stink. Need to do something in the drain in the bathroom.

Good location. Service average for a 3 Star hotel. Nothing much special about the hotel. A place to rest at night.

Service and location is good; near MRT and wonderful food with shopping district in the vicinity. However, the hotel need to have stronger WiFi system and allowing adjustable aircon temperature as it may get too cold at night.

HInconsistent experience: Great veteran staff, but rooms and service vary. I have been a loyal guest at this hotel for years, but my recent stay was a bit of a mixed bag. During this trip, I experienced two different room types. The renovated room was decent, but the older room felt significantly dated. A major downside for me was the bedding; the pillows are very soft, and while an extra one is provided in the wardrobe, it was uncovered and quite dusty. The service remains largely excellent thanks to the senior staff who uphold the high standards of ********* hospitality. However, one younger female staff member (wearing glasses) was a notable exception. When I asked to use the lobby restroom after the breakfast section had closed, she coldly told me to go to my room. Thankfully, her colleague immediately stepped in and invited us to use the facilities. Later, when I asked her to help dispose of an empty hotel water bottle (as there are no bins in the lobby), she refused and simply pointed us toward the luggage staff. It’s a shame to see such a lack of hospitality from one individual when the rest of the team is so helpful.

Very good location and large room and bathroom. However, very poor noise insulation. You can really hear all the noises from the street and from the neighboring rooms. The beds are also very hard and the whole building smells a bit like damp cellars.
