Such an excellent hotel! I loved every bit of it and didn’t want to leave. Clean facilities and excellent service.

Very close to the metro and 1 stop away from the popular Zhongshan shopping area. Very clean and comfortable room too. Friendly staff.

Hotel is really good and fancy. Already stay at hotel for 5 more times. And location is super good.

We booked this hotel as it had great reviews and it was pretty new, but it left us feeling a little disappointed. Pros: -Breakfast has great service and lots of good options, the semi-buffet menu was very nice, tried something new each day -The location is perfect, right next to the MTR and surrounded by good restaurants and independent coffee shops. Nice and quiet at night! Cons: -The pool looks great, but there are a lot of tiles missing and falling off, and it was green around some edges. The gym is tiny! -The service was very hit and miss; the staff that welcomed us and checked us out were very friendly and kind, but at other times we felt like an inconvenience. -Housekeeping forgot to replace towels and dressing gowns several times during our stay. Rooms are dusty. -The rooms are too hot, especially at night, making it difficult to sleep. Changing the temp on the AC Controls didn't make any difference Such a shame as it has so much potential to be amazing. Would not stay again.

The room was spacious enough, and the TV was large too. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was very hygienic. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. For environmental reasons, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shower caps were not supplied, but they were available for purchase at the vending machine inside the hotel. The mini-bar offerings were good, and breakfast was superb. I'd definitely stay here again next time!

3rd time staying in this hotel. Location is very close to subway so convenience is excellent. Room is much more spacious than the Humble Hotel in Xinyi area with much cheaper price. Gym is also better, and has a small swimming pool (I didn't try this time). However, I have a small suggestion for the gym to extend its operating hour (24 hours would be good like Humble Hotel). Service is super friendly as they remembered my booking details before so check-in was very smooth. Room has bathtub, shower, a separate Japanese style toilet. Another thing I like specifically is how they treat water, every room has a glass bottle to get sparkling or still water from water machine on the same floor, apart from being friendly to environment, it also allows guests to take the suitable amount of water on their own without asking for extra bottles from the hotel. I will come back next time. Thank you to all the hotel staff.

Wonderful location, comfortable big size room, amazing service! Station right at door step. 2 stops to ximending, 1 stop to zhongshan malls. Room is big, only bathtub slightly small. Service friendly, prepared a surprise for our anniversary. Water dispenser useful. Perfect stay!

This hotel was a real pleasant surprise. I was originally just looking for a place with an indoor pool, and while this one is small, you can still enjoy it by yourself if you avoid peak hours. The interior design is very modern, simple yet sophisticated. The only thing missing is a drawer or cabinet for clothes. Another downside is that the pool is closed quite often. I'm not sure if this is typical for Taipei or just this hotel, as it's something you rarely see in other countries. I really liked their breakfast. The variety isn't overwhelming, but it's a perfect blend of Chinese and Western options.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Humble Boutique Hotel from March 30 to April 5, 2026, for our first sightseeing trip to Taipei. We would like to express our genuine gratitude for the hospitality we received during our six-day visit. Commendable Service & Hospitality The true highlight of our stay was the staff. From the concierge and housekeeping teams to the gym and restaurant staff, everyone worked diligently to ensure the hotel ran smoothly. We were particularly impressed by the team’s English proficiency; communication was seamless, making us and the many international guests we encountered feel very much at home. We would like to extend a special thank you to: * Kaley, Tina, and Mary at the restaurant for their attentive service. * Our dedicated housekeeper (the kind lady from Vietnam) who looked after our room on the 9th floor. Excellent Facilities & Location * Prime Accessibility: The hotel’s location in the central district is incredibly convenient. Being just steps away from the MRT station made our sightseeing effortless, and the 30-minute shuttle ride from the airport was very efficient. COMPACT GYM: It’s compact but contains most of the equipments I need including treadmill, stairclimbers, Multi- purpose gym stations and dumbbell.  WARM SWIMMING POOL: nice, long and warm - the water is kept at a temperature of 28 degree. Towel will be provided. Make sure to bring your own swimming hat if you prefer to swim. * Accommodations: Our corner King Room on the 9th floor was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided a very cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. * Wellness & Dining: We enjoyed the well-equipped, compact gym and the lovely heated pool, which was maintained at a comfortable 28°C. Furthermore, the semi-buffet breakfast on the 2nd floor was a daily highlight. Each of the five main course options was delicious and well-prepared. Constructive Reflections In the spirit of helpfulness, we noticed two small areas for potential improvement. First, the installation of a few coin-operated laundry machines would be a wonderful convenience for long-term travelers. Second, as the hotel is so centrally located, there is some audible road noise even on the higher floors; however, this is understandable given the prime location. FINAL We would rate our experience a 9.5/10. Had there been laundry facilities, it would have been a perfect 10. The Humble Boutique Hotel will undoubtedly be our first choice when we return to Taipei. Thank you for making our first visit so memorable.

It was every bit as lovely as I was hoping for a solo getaway !!! A new hotel with immaculate and clean amenities. Notable mentions, the pool, gym, sauna and steam room were super clean and well maintained. Sauna and steam room were gender segregated, an everything is open from 7am. The sheets and pillows on the bed were so plush and comfortable, and the water pressure in the bathroom was strong. The room was soooo quiet and peaceful and the hotels location, all of 30 seconds from the MRT makes this hotel absolutely unbeatable !!! I would not hesitate to stay here again! Was sad to only spend one night and not even try out the hotels restaurant. Highly recommended !

Overall, my stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. The location is especially convenient, as there are nearby amenities such as a convenience store and the train station, making it easy to get around.

The staff were incredibly warm and responsible, providing thoughtful service. The room was odor-free and very clean. There was sparkling water and drinking water available in the public areas, and the mini-bar was a welcome sight after a late check-in. Breakfast was a semi-buffet, with slight changes to the self-service options daily, making for a pleasant dining experience. The hotel is close to the subway station, which makes getting to attractions very convenient. The subway station also has drugstores where you can buy many things, and there are 7-Eleven and other convenience stores nearby, making daily life very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.
