The staff are very accommodating and friendly! We got so many requests since we encountered some problems in our room’s bathroom but they willingly provided some solutions and they upgraded us into a bigger room. At first, the building looks old outside, but once you reach the 8th floor, the vibe is different and modern 😊 The location is the best tho! It’s really in the center of everything and it has 7/11 at the ground floor. I’ll be coming back in the future.

Convenient and within walkable distance to the popular ximending shopping district. With lots of food choices to be spoilt for, surely there’s something for everyone

The location is good, but the cleanliness could be better; there was some dust, probably due to the carpet. The lady at the front desk was very polite 👍👍👍, but one of the guys was not 👎👎👎.

Extremely dirty, dusty and musty rooms; completely not like attached pictures - do not be fooled! Walls are filled with dust mites, carpets are not vacuumed and bed bugs spotted on bed. I cancelled my reservation immediately after seeing the state of the room - staff were unempathetic and refused to acknowledge the dismal state of the room. Avoid at all cost.

Comfortable and convenient.

Me and my husband had a comfortable stay here at ehouse hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and tried their best despite the language barrier.

Stayed here with my friend. It was a great location and great price, the room had seen better days but I would still 100% recommend staying here

Definitely not worth the money. The location is great and the staff is very friendly other than that there’s nothing positive to say.  The first room I got assigned didn’t look like in the pictures at all and was very filthy.  So I contacted the staff and they reassigned a new room which was already much bigger than the other one.  Sadly this room wasn’t clean either. There’s hair everywhere, the whole bathroom was moldy and the ac didn’t work correctly.  The toilet seat was way too small for the actual toilet which made it very uncomfortable to sit down.  The bed was okay but the pillows were horrible.  Overall good enough to stay for one night but I’d rather recommend a different place. I stayed in hostels and capsule hotels which were cleaner than this hotel.

Location is decent, but the rooms are in very bad condition. Even the so called deluxe room - no real AC function, mold in every corner and hairs everywhere on arrival and even fresh ones after room cleaning. However the front desk staff is friendly and there is a leisure room on the roof.

Location is perfect.Near the happening walking street of ximending. Albeit a very basic hotel , the cleanliness is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Ximen area. The room size is comfortable, the bed is cozy, and the bathroom is clean and functional. Although the bathroom door is a glass type without a lock, it’s not an issue at all. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi speed is a bit slow. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay and good value for money.
